An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and commercially minded Digital & CRM Manager to join a growing, premium hospitality group in London.

We are looking for a creative, analytical and highly organised individual who is passionate about digital marketing, customer engagement and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a portfolio of established hospitality venues, helping to strengthen digital performance, build meaningful guest relationships and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective digital marketing and CRM strategies across multiple venues
• Plan, manage and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention and repeat visits
• Manage customer databases, segmentation and personalised guest communications
• Develop automated customer journeys and loyalty initiatives to enhance the guest experience
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Support digital acquisition, website performance and online customer engagement
• Work closely with marketing, reservations and operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, bookings and revenue through data driven marketing

Experience:

• Previous experience in a Digital Marketing, CRM or similar role, ideally within hospitality, luxury or lifestyle sectors
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, email marketing tools and marketing automation
• Experience with customer segmentation, data analysis and campaign reporting
• A good understanding of digital marketing channels and customer acquisition
• Excellent communication, organisational and project managements skills
• A proactive, creative and commercially focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across different teams
