Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Salary: $100,000–$115,000

We're looking for a driven Director of Sales to take the lead on commercial growth, bring in new business and inspire a talented sales and catering team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves building relationships, spotting new opportunities and turning great sales ideas into real results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the hotel's sales strategy across group, corporate and catering markets.
• Find new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales and events team.
• Take ownership of revenue targets, budgets and forecasts.
• Build connections with local businesses, tourism partners and industry contacts.
• Lead client meetings, hotel tours, proposals and contract negotiations.
• Work alongside revenue and operations teams to maximise hotel performance.

About You

• 5+ years' experience in hotel sales leadership.
• A strong background in group, corporate and convention sales.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• A natural relationship builder with strong business development skills.
• Commercially minded with a good understanding of hotel revenue and forecasting.
• Independent or convention hotel experience would be a plus.
• Experience with Delphi and PMS systems would be beneficial.
