Restaurant General Manager – Two Sites

£50,000 + discretionary bonus

We’re looking for a Restaurant General Manager to take full ownership of two casual dining sites in London.

The sites are a short walk apart, with around 40–45 people across both teams.

This is a hands-on role for a strong operator who enjoys being on the floor and wants the commercial responsibility that comes with running two businesses.

You’ll have full P&L accountability, the autonomy to make decisions locally and the support of head office to bring your ideas to life.

The role

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operation and financial performance of both sites.
• Lead, develop and motivate the teams, with a visible presence in both restaurants.
• Get under the skin of the numbers, identify where each site can improve and put a plan in place to grow sales.
• Work with head office on local marketing and promotions that bring in new guests and give regulars a reason to come back.

About you

• You’re an experienced General Manager with a strong background in London restaurants or casual dining.
• You’re confident managing a full P&L and can talk through where you’ve improved performance.
• You enjoy leading from the floor and know how to get the best out of your teams.
• You bring energy, fresh ideas and the drive to see them through.
• You’re comfortable taking the lead locally and working closely with a head office team based overseas.
