Job Title: Sales Account Manager – Events Venue
Salary: Up to £32,000 + Benefits
Location: London

We are recruiting a proactive and commercially driven Sales Account Manager to join an established events sales team.

This role will focus on generating revenue, developing client relationships, and securing new business across the corporate and agency markets.

You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed booking, preparing proposals, negotiating opportunities, and maximising revenue through upselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales across room hire, AV, and catering, achieving individual and team revenue targets.
• Manage client accounts, build relationships, and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Handle incoming enquiries, prepare bespoke proposals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Maximise revenue through upselling, negotiating commercial terms, and securing bookings.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM records, and prepare regular forecasts.
• Work with internal teams to ensure smooth event handovers while developing new business opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven sales or account management experience within events, hospitality, or venues.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and generating additional revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident preparing proposals, managing client objections, and securing business.
• Highly organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive team player with strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
