Beverage Manager - Carlow - €45,000

MLR is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Beverage Manager to join a prestigious Irish country house and estate, renowned for its exceptional hospitality, exclusive weddings and high-end events.

This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for beverage operations across two distinct areas of the business: the main house, which hosts exclusive weddings, private celebrations and corporate events, and the Lodge, which welcomes guests for more regular dining and drinking experiences.

The successful candidate will lead and develop the team, oversee daily operations, manage stock and costs, and ensure consistently high standards of service across both areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied beverage operation, where no two days are the same.

We would love to hear from an experienced Beverage Manager, a strong Bar Manager or an ambitious Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career.

With a mix of large-scale weddings, exclusive events and day-to-day hospitality, this role offers plenty of scope to develop, make an impact and put your own stamp on the operation.
