OPERATIONS MANAGER – Expanding Restaurant Business

A growing hospitality business is looking for an Operations Manager to help take an established concept into its next stage of expansion.

This is a chance to shape how the business grows, putting the people, systems and standards in place to support a successful rollout.

We’re looking for someone who has helped a business expand through new openings, understands what needs to happen before the doors open and knows how to get a new team trading confidently.

THE ROLE

• You’ll get close to the existing operation, understanding what makes it work and building a practical framework that can be taken into future locations.
• You’ll lead the operational delivery of new openings, building management teams, planning resources and supporting each site through launch and into consistent trading.
• As the business expands, you’ll take responsibility for performance across the growing estate, developing General Managers and keeping a close eye on sales, labour, margins and guest experience.
• This is a visible, hands-on role.
  
  You’ll be on the floor, working alongside teams and making sure standards translate into the day-to-day operation, with compliance, maintenance and site presentation firmly under control.

THE PERSON

• You’ll have experience supporting a hospitality business through expansion, with direct involvement in new openings and developing the structure around a growing operation.
• You’ll know how to turn a strong concept into a repeatable operation while protecting the things guests love about it.
• Commercially confident and comfortable making decisions, you’ll bring clear communication, strong people leadership and the organisation to keep several projects moving.
• You’ll enjoy a business that is still evolving, take ownership and be as comfortable working through the detail on site as planning the next opening.
