A growing healthcare services provider is looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead their pharmacy team and maintain high standards of service.

You'll be a confident leader with a strong customer-focused approach, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, issues are resolved promptly and customers receive a consistently professional service.

You will need previous experience within a pharmacy setting, with an understanding of medication management processes and the importance of accurate, timely communication.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support and develop your team, oversee service standards and drive improvements to the overall customer experience.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience managing a pharmacy service
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience working within pharmacy/medicines management
• Confident handling complaints
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role)
