  • Financial services experience is preferred.

  • Strong end-to-end event management experience, including budgeting, stand design, client events, content, campaign integration and post-event reporting.

  • Strong commercial awareness, creativity and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a small, fast-paced team.

  • Manage event planning, budgets, logistics, stand design, content, suppliers and agency relationships.

  • Work closely with global marketing, campaign teams and business stakeholders to deliver events aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Create engaging client experiences across the full event journey, from invitations through to post-event follow-up.

  • Develop and improve event processes, toolkits, playbooks and governance frameworks.

  • Measure event performance, analyse engagement and produce post-event reporting and recommendations.

  • Contribute to the global events strategy, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and client experience.
