This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of the Front of House operation, overseeing both Reception and Food & Beverage.

You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable stay.

Working closely with the senior management team, you will lead and develop the Front of House team, oversee daily operations across Reception and the bar, and ensure consistently high standards of service.

With exciting developments taking place within the property, including a new lobby space, this is an opportunity to bring fresh ideas, personality and real flair to the guest journey.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and passionate Front Office professional ready to take the next step into a broader leadership role.

You will have a natural ability to lead a team, a flair for guest experience and an interest in F&B, particularly within a bar environment.
