I am currently recruiting for a Gas Engineer covering the Greenwich area.
This is a good time to secure a full time post working Monday to Friday.
The Job.
We are looking for a Gas Engineer to carry out Gas Installation works to customer homes in a safe and proper manner, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and delivering excellent customer service.
You will be carrying out all types of Gas Related, repairs, testing, fixing etc to people's homes around the area in accordance with current regulations.
A Van, Fuel card, PPE and tools will be provided to you on successful application.
Requirements.

Permanent position.
Some of the duties include:
Assisting with the smooth and efficient running of the site to ensure that documentation is current and up to date and compliant with the contractors expectations.
Supporting the construction manager with administrative tasks which will allow them to focus and spend time out on site.
Site Hours: Monday - Friday, 0730 - 1730.
Skills and Requirements:
Previous experience as a Construction Site Administrator
Strong communication, listening and IT skills

About the role
The Nature Conservation Manager will be responsible for the management of clients Ecology Centre, three Local Nature Reserves and the Nature Conservation Team.
The Ecology Centre is a busy and successful community resource, delivering a high-quality programme of environmental education, events and volunteering as well as providing a venue for meetings and community activities.
Responsibilities
To be responsible for the supervision of the Nature Conservation Officers and Nature Conservation Apprentice, including the allocation of tasks to individual members of staff
To manage the Ecology Centre as an education and visitor centre to promote nature conservation and other forms of sustainable living.
To ensure the centre's opening times meets the needs of customers.
To ensure effective day to day management of the Ecology Centre and to be responsible for the facilities management role to encompass bookings, maintenance, security and health and safety for the Centre.
To meet the income target for the Ecology Centre, whilst ensuring that customer needs are supported.
To manage the Nature Conservation Team budget.
To oversee the management and development of the borough's Local Nature Reserves and other nature conservation sites and to review the way that they are managed and maintained.
To work with third sector organisations to maximise usage and to look at commissioning services to deliver increased service provision and best value for the Council.

The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.
The Role
Key purpose of the role is to provide technical expertise to manage the quality of delivering a major high profile re-cladding project to high rise residential property.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
delivery of complex construction projects with a focus on fire safety with respect to cladding & curtain wall design.
a creative and innovative input across a diverse range of building components whilst managing various external contractors.

The Candidate
To be considered for this role you will require to hold an appropriate engineering or building qualification or significant equivalent work experience as a Quality Inspector or Clerk of Works.

excellent working knowledge of building pathology across a range of property types alongside an understanding of Mechanical and Electrical installations and their functionality in domestic property.
