Primary SEND Teacher
We are seeking a Primary SEND Teacher to start working in a fantastic SEND school in the Ealing area! This is a full time position working 5 days a week and to be successful for this role you must be a qualified teacher or ECT.
The Role:
The role is for a full time primary SEND Teacher, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 16:00pm.
To mark and assess pupils' work, and to record their development, progress and attainment, both at school and elsewhere as a primary Teacher.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience supporting pupils with SEND who is passionate about inclusive education and committed to pupil wellbeing and progress.
The role may involve both 1:1 and small group support across the school.
About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCo to support pupils with a range of special educational needs.
The support you provide will help children overcome learning barriers and access the full curriculum in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
You may support pupils with:
Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) - supporting understanding, expressive language, and social communication
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties - supporting pupils to develop emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence
Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) - helping with differentiated tasks, basic literacy/numeracy skills, and scaffolded learning
Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and ADHD - offering structure, routine, and strategies for engagement and focus
In some cases, the role may also involve:
1:1 support for pupils with specific SEND needs or EHCPs
Assisting with personal care tasks when required
Supporting transitions, break times, and classroom routines

Deliver tailored support in class and during interventions
Promote inclusion and independence in learning and social settings
Implement strategies set by the class teacher and SENCo
Adapt resources and provide differentiated input where needed
Monitor and record pupil progress
Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers
Help maintain a safe, engaging, and well-structured learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a school or childcare setting is essential
Understanding of different SEND types and inclusive classroom practice
A patient, calm, and flexible approach to supporting learning and behaviour
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
