THE ROLE:
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members.

Support the reception team and welcome visitors to the office.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to help the wider team work efficiently.
THE PERSON:
Experience in an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or similar administration role.
Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to handling documents.
Well organised, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
Comfortable working independently and supporting colleagues.
A professional, friendly approach to telephone enquiries and welcoming visitors.

We are recruiting for an Assistant Company Secretary to join our client in Newcastle on a 15 month fixed term contract basis.
Working closely with the Company Secretary and a small, collaborative team, you'll take ownership of a broad range of Company Secretarial and governance activities and will benefit from a comprehensive handover with the current roleholder.
Expected start date is December/January, however, interviews will begin in September.
Skills/Experience:
Experience in a Company Secretarial, governance or similar role.
Experience supporting Boards and/or committees.
Good knowledge of Companies House requirements and statutory filings.
Experience working in a regulated, listed or financial services environment is advantageous.

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Risk Officer to support the development and implementation of an integrated risk management framework across the organisation.
