Location: Southampton
We are looking for a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will have experience working on different types of fire alarm systems, such as conventional, bi-wire and addressable systems, within commercial properties.
Key Details:
Hours: 40 hours per week, including evening/night shifts
Salary: OTE £31,000 plus company van
Holidays: 31 days holiday allowance (including statutory bank holidays)
Key Responsibilities:
Routine maintenance and upkeep of various fire alarm systems
Inspections of premises and performance of repairs as needed
Conduct PPM tasks and resolve any faults
Essential Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in the maintenance & service industry
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
Commitment to health & safety standards
Qualifications Required:
Full UK Driving License
Relevant FA qualifications and FIA training
Personal Qualities:
Good communication skills

Income Officer Sevenoaks Temporary 3 months Full-time 37 Hours THE ROLE As an Income Recovery Officer, you will be joining an Income Team within a Housing Association based in Sevenoaks, and will be responsible for maximising income recovery efforts across all tenures, ensuring tenancy sustainment, and managing arrears cases through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
Prompt recovery of rent arrears and other debts across general needs, shared ownership, and supported tenancies
