JOB PURPOSE:
The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for selling company products to Home Centers retailors in assigned region of San Antonio & Dallas, TX. Builds and maintains relationships with retail partners in order to sell company products to end-users.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sells company products through building and maintaining relationships with retail partner- Home Centers.
Creates awareness and demand for company products. Addresses product and brand specific questions from consumers and store staff. Showcases and promotes products through in-store demonstrations, district events, and contractor events. Provides store assistance with handling customer issues, including providing store management guidance with resolution. Ensures proper promotional placement, adequate POP, proper inventory levels, and effective down stocking Trains retail staff on new and existing company products. Maintains and repairs merchandising displays and sets shelving according to provided planograms. Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Entry level to 2 years of experience with a basic knowledge of retail merchandising, product promotions, and product demonstrations. Ability to build relationships with a variety of people and communicate in a style that is friendly, relatable, and persuasive. Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues. Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data Strong organizational ability, attention to detail and follow-up skills Strong time management skills to ensure all assigned locations are visited. Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Able to handle products as appropriate for demonstration purposes. Salary range is $55,000.
- $65,000.

Responsibilities:
Operates a variety of packaging and filling lines including: placing of packaging on the line, monitoring the filling operation, packing-off finished product, performing quality checks and assisting in the cleaning and changeover of the line.
Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory by proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, reporting any spills, and ensuring all items per case and cases per pallet counts are accurate.
Utilize RF scanner and SAP system.
Maintain production logs to accurately record downtime/issues.
Completes all paperwork accurately.
Performs housekeeping duties to ensure a neat and orderly work area.
Abides by all departmental and plant safety rules.
Works in other areas as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The WTI Field Resources Supervisor (Supervisor) is responsible for the timely delivery of services, profitability, and all employee management and training within their respective region.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) for staffing and scheduling of all WTI Field Resources Reps (Field Reps) in their respective region to ensure proper utilization of manpower on specific jobs for the highest profitability.
Collaborate with other Supervisors as necessary.
Oversee the Quality Control (QC) process in conjunction with the Quality Control Specialist (QCS) of all the Field Reps in the region, which will include random site visits to current and previous job sites and proper documentation to ensure that all work was completed properly and that the customer is fully satisfied.
Ensure profitability within the region by monitoring and managing employee expenses for accuracy and abuse, use of overtime hours, and all full-time personnel's billable time to meet the required percentage.
The Supervisor should stress the profitability factor to all field personnel.
Field all questions and concerns from the Field Reps and handle all discrepancies between the Field Reps and the Sales Reps.
Conduct and foster professional and timely communication (via email, text message, voicemail, or in person) with the customers, Sales Reps, field staff, and internal company personnel on all work-related matters.
Be the primary contact for the office personnel if there are any issues concerning a Field Rep.
Ensure all Field Reps will have a professional appearance and demeanor while completing services for a customer.
Conduct and/or assist with the training (both hands-on field training and classroom setting) for the Field Reps, according to the WTI Training Policy, to include: Proper completion of all services and related paperwork. Safety training and training documentation for all Field Reps within the region. Approval and certification of each Field Rep, including, but not limited to, OSHA Hazard Awareness, Toolbox Talks, etc.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services provided.
Manage, monitor, and document the performance of Field Reps and take appropriate steps or corrective measures to resolve employee and work-related issues.
Consult with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) and HR as needed.
Work with the HR and Recruiting department to hire all new personnel.
Ensure all required paperwork is submitted to the corporate office on a timely basis.
Conduct new employee orientation for all new hires, including training on all company policies, administrative processes, procedures, and required technical and safety information.
Handle all administrative matters and corresponding paperwork within the region, including, but not limited to, expense management, monthly sales projections, Field Tech time management, status reports, bidding jobs with Reps, large job sign-offs, project documentation, etc.
Review time reports daily and make necessary corrections with the admin team.
Attend all required calls and meetings.
Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the RBM.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: 30-hour OSHA certification (The company will provide it if needed.) Registered Roof Observer (RRO) is preferred but not required. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Qualifications: Prior supervisory skills and ability to manage people and tasks. Prior roofing experience, including patch and repair skills. Knowledge of Project Management, planning, and scheduling.

The Dryer Loader is responsible for processing Tremco Sealants and/or Roofing products by carefully reading and following the process order card.
The dryer loader must ensure the work area is ready for production including collecting and preparing safety and raw materials and keeping plant processes moving forward by ensuring areas are well stocked and ready for use.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
Follow standard work procedures to operate and maintain assigned machine(s).
Control or operate chemical processes or machine systems including the use of control boards, Human Machine Interface (HMI computer touch screen) or semi-automatic equipment.
Read processing instructions to accurately add raw materials to production equipment in a timely manner and in accordance with prescribed materials.
Use appropriate scales or measurement devices to add materials to dryers as specified by batch process order.
Monitor control settings and make necessary adjustments on equipment.
Accurately record production and downtime via written documentation.
Routinely meet or exceed production output rates per standards.
Produce product according to tolerances and specifications.
Perform routine inspections per quality standards.
Read and interpret production instructions.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Cross-train on other production functions to provide assistance as business need dictates.
Clean and maintain assigned area to ensure proper functionality.
Report all quality and mechanical issues.
Participate in the continuous improvement process.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Forklift certification preferred, or willing to obtain.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Basic computer skills required (Windows familiarity).
LEAN and VFM (Visual Factory Management) skills and/or willingness to train.
