Key Panel Beater Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out precise vehicle body repairs using body alignment jigs and specialist equipment.
- Restore damaged panels through expert straightening, reshaping, and filling techniques.
- Remove and replace damaged panels to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Perform welding, bonding, and structural repair work on a wide range of vehicles.
- Identify and record all parts required for repairs, ensuring accuracy throughout the repair process.
- Work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Minimum Requirements as a Panel Beater:
- Time-served Panel Beater or qualified to City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent vocational standard.
- ATA accreditation would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently produce high-quality repairs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy Bodyshop team.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding workmanship.

The Sr.
Chemist, Recreational and Marine Coatings is responsible for leading the research, development, and optimization of high-performance coating technologies across MRT's recreational coatings portfolio, with primary emphasis on marine applications under Pettit and secondary support for aquatics applications under Ramuc and Tuff Coat.
This role is responsible for developing new products, improving existing formulations, and providing technical expertise to support manufacturing, quality, regulatory compliance, and customer needs.

The Field Service Engineer, London (inside the M25), will be expected to develop your understanding in the field, learning from senior engineers and the wider Field Service team in technical areas, service processes and best practice.
This may include fault diagnostics, installation work, maintenance procedures, reporting systems, and safe working practices across customer sites and vehicle-based technology environments.
Responsibilities include:
Attend customer sites to complete reactive service calls and planned maintenance tasks as scheduled by the Customer Support Team.
Assist with installation and upgrade works in collaboration with the Projects Team when required.
Diagnose faults, identify solutions, and carry out repairs to restore equipment to full working order.
Accurately record all service, maintenance, and installation activities using company systems and reporting processes.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and customer standards.
Follow the company returns process by correctly handling, documenting, and returning faulty or removed parts.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, acting as a professional representative of the business.
Support audits and inspections of installed equipment where required.
Attend customer meetings or site visits with management when needed.
Look after company equipment, tools, and vehicle, ensuring they are used responsibly and kept in good condition.
Key skills & experience:
Practical, hands-on technical experience (engineering, electrical, mechanical, IT hardware, telecommunications, or similar).

Complete weekly/monthly activity reports as requested.
Support the region as needed when weather conditions prevent the fulfillment of daily job responsibilities.
Facilitate training in a classroom setting.
All other Quality Control Inspection related tasks or training as assigned by the manager.
Travel predominantly within assigned territory and nationally when needed, complete and submit expense reports on a timely basis.
