We are on the lookout for an experienced Trading Manager E-Commerce for a high end home furnishing brand.
In this role, you will oversee key partnerships with marketplace platforms.
Your primary objective will be to enhance turnover and profitability for our brands, through the formulation and execution of go-to-market strategies.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure a customer-centric approach, focusing on understanding customer segmentation, behaviours, and the customer journey.
The Role:
Set clear business objectives to maximise sales, achieve market share growth, and enhance profitability across our client's brand portfolio.
Lead the development and execution of account strategies, objectives, and tactics.
Manage and oversee the complete sell-in process, collaborating with sales support, marketing, product, and merchandising teams to ensure successful product launches.
Act as the expert on marketplace platforms, while applying best practices and insights from our client's owned and operated e-commerce channels.
Collaborate with product management to maintain a well-rounded product assortment and a marketing roadmap tailored to each account, optimising options where necessary.
Leverage market intelligence, consumer insights, and product category data to build a solid segmentation strategy for marketplace accounts.
Identify and engage customers to drive additional sales by understanding their competitive landscape and offering value-added services, such as special handling bespoke product ranges.
Actively pursue new business opportunities, identify potential revenue streams, and work closely with in-house sales teams to align distribution channels.
Partner with IT, marketing, and external agencies where necessary for integrations and enhancements.
Develop strategies for international and European platforms, including existing US channels such as Amazon, to ensure profitable trading and expand international reach.
Work with the marketing team to boost brand visibility through e-newsletters and social media, ensuring all product listings, content, and language are accurate and consistent with brand standards.
Utilise analytics tools to provide regular (at least monthly) feedback on performance and identify opportunities for growth across all channels.

Using SAP and forecasts to develop a master schedule and prepare short-range plans for plant production activities.
Following the progress of production, anticipating or investigating major causes of delays, and ensuring that corrective action is taken.
Revising production schedules when required due to labor or material shortages, backlogs, forecast inaccuracies, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, production, or engineering.
Monitoring work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to schedule.
Conferring with department supervisors or other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
Analyzing and adjusting slow-moving inventory plans with Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) on a monthly basis.
Setting priorities for production schedules based on forecast needs, production introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
Purchasing sufficient parts and supplies and maintaining safety stock levels to meet all schedule needs.
Maintaining data integrity in SAP of Bill of Materials (BOMs) and Material Masters.
Performing all tasks of production scheduling and purchasing as needed to support plant functions in their absence.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Rags are watered down nightly in Plant #1. Load trash truck and sort skids. Clean all Lunch and Locker rooms in the manufacturing area. Keep up to Date inventory of cleaning supplies.
Order as needed. Run vacuum hoses in Plant #2 in designated areas. Do whatever cleaning inside or outside that is required. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate all equipment associated with a given process.
Use prescribed safety equipment, when performing duties. Communicate any variations/problems to appropriate Management Personnel.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Have the ability to read, write, and speak English and to understand simple math.
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Must pass lift truck operator's test.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Summary: A Process Technician is responsible for mixing and packaging in-process and finished goods inventory.
Specific Requirements:
Stage and prepare all raw materials associated with production batches. Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in the batch making and packaging areas, with active engagement in positive safety behavior Communicates (gives a heads up) low levels of raw material to supervisory staff. Develops good working knowledge of all batch making and packaging processes. Maintains a good working relationship with Quality Control. Must be capable of logical structuring of batch making process, particularly optimizing the switchover sequence/needs of production. Reports all spills and leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents, and material shortages to the Production Supervisor. Makes batches and operates packaging equipment efficiently.
Capable of handling scanner & basic computer operations. When there is downtime on his line, proceed to line assigned to him by the Production Supervisor for further training or operation. The above description identifies the primary duties pertaining to this position.
Additional tasks can be assigned as required.
Background Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 1-year prior related experience or 1-year experience as a production batch maker preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected) and must pass standard color- tone testing. Must be capable of wearing Company standard respirators as qualified by fit test performed by an authorized agency. Must be capable of lifting between 25-70 lbs.
