JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations.
This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200M+, project management from design through startup, and providing long range technical planning and strategies for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation.
Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Design, recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Provide cross functional project management across key areas including RD&E, Finance, Marketing, & with other Rust-Oleum locations Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations to day to day operations and capital project work.
This includes writing appropriate procedures, conducting Change Management paperwork, knowing and applying electrical and hazard codes, signing off on Hot Work and Confined Space, correctly using contractor safety guidelines, and timely equipment inspections/certifications. Frequent interface with plant personnel, operators, coordinators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Industrial and Electrical Engineers with hands-on mechanical & chemical experience will also be considered.
7+ years of engineering job experience. Good project management, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high level of initiative.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, in project and people management in a continuous improvement environment in the areas of production, safety, quality and Lean manufacturing principles.

JOB PURPOSE:
The Sr Manager of Sales Training will be in charge of supporting for Rust-Oleum US and Rust-Oleum Canada sales force by conducting and developing sales, product and developmental programs that will improve sales, developmental, technical knowledge and skills of the people being trained.
This role will also include the training of customers in product and sales technique.
Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following:
Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Research, evaluate, and suggest training programs to EVP. Evaluate sales talent and work to coach new skills. Work cross functionally to help develop the sales team. Grow and develop the sales training team's skill set. Conduct specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives. Conduct alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials. Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Conduct orientation and training for employees or customers. Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. Understand and apply adult learning principles; utilize blended learning methodology. Create and facilitate product training for customers and employees.

Training a more effective and efficient sales force and customer base by creating and delivering training.
To include (but not limited to) sales training, hands-on product training, product training and skill development training.
To be delivered in a classroom style training, virtual classroom, hands-on product training, and online learning. On the job field training by evaluating and improving sales skills of our sales associates in the field, customer visits, and coaching sessions.
Provide new hire onboarding on products, systems, culture, and necessary processes and procedures required to be successful in their new role.

General Purpose:

The Sr.
Accountant is responsible for the activities associated with maintaining the integrity of the general ledger for multiple company entities including the accurate and timely processing of key accounting information and monthly preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and tax regulations.
Focus on the implementation of best practice and process improvement to support the achievement of departmental, divisional and organizational goals.
Interaction with all functional areas is required.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Monthly preparation, verification and control of required journal entries Monthly preparation of financial statements Monthly account analysis to ensure accurate presentation of financial statements for all balance sheet accounts including sub ledgers, AR, AP, and FA Analyzes monthly trends for both Balance Sheet and Income Statement Accounts General Ledger reconciliations Prepare bank and cash reconciliations monthly Weekly Freight Upload into SAP Backup to banking and cash management Track prepaid expenses and make the journal entries to cost in the correct period for all companies SAP / OneStream - new projects-testing and implementation Forecasting and planning balance sheets - undistributed divisions Preparation of yearly balance sheet budgets for all non-working capital accounts Preparation of annual schedules for Business Interruption Insurance Enter all Tax information for Plan & Forecast Year-end preparation of 10 K schedules Prepare Federal & State Tax quarter end and year-end tax package information Post intercompany invoices to balance divisions Intercompany reconciliation and month end balancing Assist with projects and other responsibilities that come your way
Additional Responsibilities
Initiate and implement changes in accounting procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. Determine what close information needs to be communicated to Finance each month. Initiate and execute process improvements in daily activities Provide analysis and guidance to department heads in each monthly close. Day to day journal entry judgment decisions, and standard monthly close decisions.
The duties above are performed within the guidelines of US GAAP while adhering to corporate procedures, internal/Sarbanes Oxley controls and RPM reporting requirements.
This also includes maintenance of records for the accounting department within government and RPM guidelines. The Senior Accountant is an integral member of the finance and accounting team which encourages team members to collaborate and proactively share information and ideas.
As a member of the corporate financial team, acts as a resource to managers regarding standards, best practice and compliance requirements with respect to financial analysis, reporting and internal controls. Initiates, plans and coordinates work activities in order to carry out a variety of special projects with emphasis on business processes improvement and financial and tax compliance.
The Senior Accountant contributes analysis and expertise to cross functional strategic initiatives focusing on the integrity of financial information and financial reporting.
The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $71,000 and $82,000 + bonus.
This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Tremco is currently searching for an Accounting Manager in the Cleveland area.
The Accounting Manager (Tremco CPG Inc.) will primarily be responsible for the general ledgers of the Tremco CPG Inc's service businesses that offer comprehensive roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers in the United States and Canada.
Candidates should possess a strong command of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and of provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
This position will oversee processes critical to the business, such as revenue recognition and the related accounts.
This position will focus on account reconciliation review, compliance with control activities and company policies, coaching & developing team members and providing effective financial oversight.
This position must have strong communication, technology, analytical and management skills.
This position will be instrumental in recommending and developing enhanced policies, procedures, systems improvements, and will participate in a variety of special financial projects. This role is a hybrid position and reporting to the Tremco CPG Group Controller.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities.
Include all important aspects of the job -- whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals.
Responsible for critical accounting and reporting activities for Tremco CPG Inc.'s service roofing and general contracting businesses, including month-end and annual close. Perform control activities, including monthly and quarterly account reconciliation reviews. Review monthly balance sheet and income statement analytics and other procedures as part of the month-end close to ensure transactions have been properly captured. Ensure compliance with all public company accounting regulations, group and parent company policies and internal controls. Successfully interfaces with internal audit and external audit resources.
Provide audit requests timely and facilitate completion of the audit on time. Ensure effective communications are maintained within areas of responsibility. Continue to explore which tasks and processes can be migrated to the global service center located in India, as appropriate. Position Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory. Maintains highest quality on-site customer relations in projecting positive image. Has knowledge/understanding and performs work in compliance with all governmental rules and regulations affecting work sites and employees, i.e.
OSHA, DOT, EEO/Affirmative Action, EPA, etc. Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems. Accepts responsibility for the care, custody, and use of company equipment, material, tools, and other assets as assigned by the WTI Commercial Foreman. Understands and executes proper material and equipment usage, maintenance, and storage. Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager. Maintains ethical business conduct.

What will you do?
