Staff Accountant
As our Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate presentation of financial records by providing accounting support and preparing analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
This team member will work directly with varying levels of management and sales representatives throughout the organization through various forms of communication when accomplishing these tasks. Here's what you can expect:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare Journal Entries and account reconciliations Ensuring all reconciling items are identified and resolved on a timely basis Executing internal controls work and related deliverables for internal/external audit and internal group Support Month end close: preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Analyzing financial reports specific to areas of responsibility and investigating discrepancies and variances in results Maintain all account reconciliations assigned.
Tracks the status of open reconciling items and follow up in engaging and collaborative manner with cross functional involvement making sure they are resolved in the time prescribed by the company's policy Identify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency Prepare and communicate monthly ad-hoc reports, graphics, schedules, etc. Support financial requests from various levels of our sales organization
Required Skills:
Bachelor's in Accounting required 0 - 3 years of experience in accounting preferred Ability to handle many tasks at a given time and work effectively with others in a team environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large amounts of data. Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail and accuracy. JOB PURPOSE:
The Corporate Project Engineer is accountable for providing capital engineering support within Operations.
This includes executing engineering projects for capital installations $200M+, project management from design through startup, and providing long range technical planning and strategies for the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for capital project execution including equipment selection, justification, CAR processing, purchasing, and installation.
Support start-up efforts including in person training and documentation. Design, recommend, and implement manufacturing systems that are designed for machine, human interaction, method/process, raw material & environmental variability.
Design to incorporate Lean principles to improve reliability, ease of use & maintenance, minimize changeover times, and to minimize production losses. Provide cross functional project management across key areas including RD&E, Finance, Marketing, & with other Rust-Oleum locations Manage projects through design review process from project scope charters through successful startup transition to the local site team.
This includes working with the plant operational teams on providing training, writing appropriate standard operating procedures, and maintenance training plans & parts. Apply the Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations to day to day operations and capital project work.
This includes writing appropriate procedures, conducting Change Management paperwork, knowing and applying electrical and hazard codes, signing off on Hot Work and Confined Space, correctly using contractor safety guidelines, and timely equipment inspections/certifications. Frequent interface with plant personnel, operators, coordinators, and maintenance personnel across a 3-shift operation.
REQUIREMENTS:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering preferred.
Industrial and Electrical Engineers with hands-on mechanical & chemical experience will also be considered.
7+ years of engineering job experience. Good project management, written and verbal communication skills are required along with a high level of initiative.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills, in project and people management in a continuous improvement environment in the areas of production, safety, quality and Lean manufacturing principles.

The Sales Administrator is primarily responsible for managing the administrative tasks related to sales processes, such as, managing customer data and records, coordinating with different departments, tracking and analyzing sales reports, and providing administrative support to sales teams.

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field Previous experience in sales administration Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. General Purpose:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and mechanical equipment.

First point of contact for Site Security and responding to alarm events keeping the HSE/Purchasing Supervisor and Plant Manager informed. Responsible for Housekeeping within the Maintenance areas. Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications and Previous Experience:
High school diploma or GED Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Minimum of two years related experience and/or training Experience rigging heavy components, operating and troubleshooting mobile equipment (fork lifts, man lifts, skid-steer, etc.) Experience managing teams in the maintenance field Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages Familiarity with SAP a plus. AutoCAD skills a plus
Key Competencies
Technical Skills: familiarity with OSHA a plus, mechanical knowledge and use of common tools and gauges.
Knowledge should include: troubleshooting, pump and piping repair/replacement, fabrication/repair using welding and cutting torch (essential), Industrial electrical and pneumatics, ability to interpret prints, schematics, manuals etc.

SAP OTC (Order-To-Cash) consultant with 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in order management, pricing, logistics area.
Responsibilities:
Ability to grasp business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, and take the initiative required.
Design, configure and test best-fit solutions Participation in all phases of full-lifecycle SAP SD OTC implementations including MTS (Make-To-Stock) and MTO (Make-To-Order) scenarios. Ability to lead various IT projects for a mid-size company. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to supervisors and team members.
