Role Summary We are looking for a Deputy Children's Manager to join our client's children's home in Redhill.
In this position, you will:
Support the Registered Care Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations
Deputise/act up for the Registered Manager in their absence
Safeguard and promote the welfare and development of the young people
Support the manager and the team to ensure that the young person's stay complies with the ethos of the company and the care plan
