My client are hiring Residential Support Workers for a new Ofsted-registered children's home in South Essex.
The role will involve working with children and young people who have experianced, trauma, abuse and neglect.
This requires a resillient, caring individual with experiance in de-escalation and challenging behaviours.
You will be an integral part of the young peoples day to day routine, leisure activities, building positive relationships and providing a safe, secure environment for them to grow.
Shifts: 07:30-23:00 every third day
