What will you do?
A penchant for business development, working out of your own office, you'll meet & engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assessing their needs, you will provide a truly consultative Stonhard solution. Customer sales calls include a mix of existing/repeat business along with prospecting for new customers and projects. Closely work with your manager to meet & exceed sales goals. Participate in overseeing the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring optimum customer satisfaction.
Project management responsibilities include ensuring raw materials are on site, construction crews have everything they need and troubleshooting any installation issues that may come up. Full turn-key operation ensures a smooth install and helps secure next project in another area or building. Will participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, traveling to our headquarters for pre-planned, scheduled training(s).
Compensation Package:
Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approx.
$15,000 - $40,000 Supplemental Pay Types: Uncapped Commission Pay, Bonus Pay, car allowance, expenses Benefits: 401k w/ company match after 6 months, Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, flexible schedule, life insurance, tuition reimbursement These ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualification operations, needs and other considerations permitted by law. SUMMARY STATEMENT:
We are searching for a dynamic Senior Growth Product Manager to help build our brands and drive growth.
In this integral role, you'll connect strategy to Professional end-users to bring innovative products to market.
You will own the entire lifecycle, from ideation to launch, by taking full responsibility for the overall product portfolio development and defining the associated GTM strategy.

Work with our product, data science, and marketing teams to create and acquire data Conduct end user market research to gain deep insight into user behavior, preferences, pain points, and satisfaction Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, business developments and market trends to identify strategic opportunities and ensure product offering is properly positioned Distill intricate concepts into easily understood information, ensuring the audience understands the core message Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, R&D, sales, supply chain, and marketing to align product strategies, identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, experiment and then scale for optimal results Direct market research and market intelligence gathering to ensure understanding of applications, users, competition and market trends.
Analyze and leverage data and insights to develop and formulate category and product recommendations Conduct early-stage opportunity assessment, ideation and concept development for a new product opportunity from ideation to market launch Manage product portfolio to develop and promote new products and optimize and grow existing product lines. QUALFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience 5+ years of experience in Architectural/Industrial Coatings industry Able to explore data fast by using tools, such as Power BI or Excel Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Problem solver and creative thinker with ability to pitch new ideas and be open to feedback Analytic and strategic thinking skills with ability to digest complex information and make data-driven decisions Team player looking to advance in their own career while mentoring colleagues Confident public speaker with the ability to influence senior level management. Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training and performance management. Minimum Requirements
B.S.
Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil) or Construction Management preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project details.
Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team. Experience working with general contractors and subcontractors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

The Role of the Internal Sales Executive:
Selling insulation to contractors and merchants of various sizes, including large residential projects.
Quoting, pricing, and processing orders while supporting the external sales team.
You’ll be given a ledger to nurture and grow, making it your own.
Working closely with a collaborative team in the sales office, reporting to the Business Unit Manager.
Managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent service.
Utilising a simple and effective CRM system to manage data and streamline operations.

The Role of the Design Engineer
As the Design Engineer you will be producing Temporary Works designs and drawings on a day-to-day basis
Produce one-off project work as directed by the Engineering Manager, Chief Engineer or Senior Engineers
Provide technical support to the sales team / customer (project related / non-project related)
Self-management of allocated workload to meet customer / business demand
Based in the company’s North West Office
The Ideal Person for the Design Engineer
Minimum 2:1 in Civil Engineering (BEng, BSc)
Ideally a graduate member of ICE or IStructE, but this is not essential.
Understanding/interest of temporary works, structural or geotechnical design
Technically competent and confident communicator
Organised, self-motivated, and a keen learner
Will be confident using AutoCAD.
Experience with Revit would be beneficial.
Training will be provided.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced design environment
