About the Role: As a Nurseyr Teaching Assistant, you will:
As an Nursery Teaching Assistant you will work Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 3:15pm
As an Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will help children master foundational skills like recognizing the alphabet, naming everyday objects, and developing early cognitive abilities.
As anNursery Teaching Assistant, you will ensure that classrooms and outdoor play areas are both safe and child-friendly, promoting an optimal environment for learning.
As an Nursery Teaching Assistant you will regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress, offering positive feedback and strategies to address early development challenges.
What We're Looking For:
Able to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:15am to 3:15pmpm.
You will hold a Level 2 Early Years qualification or above (or equivalent).
Either already hold or be willing to apply for a Child-Only DBS.
Prior experience working with children in the UK, ideally in a school or nursery setting.
Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and a background in early years education is preferred.
Live in or be able to commute to Epsom or the surrounding area.

The ideal candidate for the EYFS Class Teacher role will have:
Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
Recent experience, either within student placements or responsible for your own class
A strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year
UK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
Right to work in the UK

Teach Plus are currently working with a primary school located in Wandsworth, who are seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to start in September.
