About the role/school
We are working with a welcoming two-form entry primary school in Tower Hamlets, rated Ofsted Good, to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher.

This is a full-time role starting in February, providing an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative school environment.

The school has a strong focus on pupil progress, behaviour, and staff wellbeing, making this an ideal setting for experienced teachers or Early Career Teachers looking for their next placement.

Job Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Year 3 in line with the National Curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.

Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress effectively.

Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEND and EAL pupils.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership.

Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour, and achievement.

Qualifications/Experience

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.

Experience teaching KS2 pupils (Year 3 experience preferred).

Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.

Right to work in the UK.
