About the team
Our client based in Southampton is a children's home supporting 5 young males between the ages of 10-17 years with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
The children in this home have a range of autonomy from complex needs to high functioning Autism.
The home promotes young people's independence and enhances on their activities and skill set through offering a stable home environment and encouraging activities in the community.
Young person number 1: Likes to play on You Tube, gaming, tv.
Can be known to hit himself, cause nose bleeds and self-injure.
Young person number 2: Chinese/English descent, fragmented communication, previous self-injury, needs to self-regulate in his own space, hitting doors, tables, walls.
Young person number 3: 2:1 support, full support with personal care, complex learning disabilities, currently not in education, moved from Wales to England in unregulated environment.
ADHD, very active and mobile.
Young person number 4: most able, bright, academic, will verbally challenge.
Young person number 5: Youngest in the home, gets emotionally heightened, and mirrors poor behaviours.
About you
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll offer emotional support to young people and assist with daily activities like personal care and getting ready for school.
The boys like to have downtime as well so making sure they can spend time uninterrupted doing something they enjoy is key.
While there will be challenges, as these homes support young people with autism, learning difficulties, and mental health needs, the strong relationships and positive memories you build will be rewarding.
Many of their workers find it fulfilling to see young people overcome obstacles and thrive.
Shifts/Rotas:
Long Days:7am - 10pm
Late start: 2:00pm-10pm
Early Start: 7am - 2pm
Mid length: 10am-7pm (usually on weekends)

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) will report directly to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
In this role, the FOM will oversee $30 Million+ in annual self-performed revenue.
The FOM will also review and approve proposals, expense reports, specifications (SOW), PTO requests, etc., for all WTI field operations personnel within the specified region.
The FOM will be responsible for the safety, quality, and overall productivity and profitability of self-performing teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
All Field Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers will report directly to the FOM.
Through leadership and actions, contribute to the development of a Safety-Oriented Culture that will result in 100% compliance with Toolbox Talk attendance, DTA reporting, and truck audits; and have work habits that will lead to ZERO safety-related incidents on ALL projects within the region.
Provide training, supervision, direction, and support for all Supervisors, General Field Superintendents, and Project Managers within the regions in areas as follows: Estimating Pre-job planning Project Management to expedite projects safely, under budget, and with the highest attainable quality and customer satisfaction.
Leadership and coaching of their respective Foremen/teams.
Coordination and collaboration with Construction Managers and GC Superintendents on GC-related work.
Sales communication and coordination. Workforce planning, recruiting and retention strategy to maintain optimum performance of the region. Approve proposals for PR, CONPR, and Safety Solutions related work up to $50K.
Travel within the Region as needed to attend customer, sales, or business meetings.
Communicate on a regular basis with RBM regarding: Safety compliance results Project approvals, progress, and results Personnel updates Forecast, analyze, and report on sales and establish financial performance metrics.
Establish criteria for success and provide leadership for the regional team's goal achievement. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
10+ years prior experience in a results-oriented leadership role for a regional, cross-functional team within the building construction industry. Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations. Experience in an influential role where extraordinary results were achieved through accountability and leading others to achieve and maintain a high standard of performance. Prior experience clearly defining expectations, articulating ideas, thoughts, and views, and providing continual, timely, frank, and direct feedback to others. Proven experience with setting strategy and establishing plans for business growth. Prior experience working between multiple departments that support regional compliance and profitability. EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Construction Management and 2-3 years of construction or industry experience OR Minimum High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of construction or industry experience
EXPERIENCE
Four to ten years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred Construction knowledge (i.e., waterproofing, air barriers, framing, modular, etc.) Assembly line related product segments Basic knowledge of product chemistries Insulated Concrete Forms knowledge/experience a plus

Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment, machines, and process related problems. Perform maintenance, fabrication, adjustment, and repairs on all machinery and equipment. Develop and review spare parts lists and inventory, order repair parts and tools, and keep accurate maintenance records utilizing Limble or other PMT programs. Improve preventative maintenance plans including procedures with instructions for operator preventative maintenance.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
Install, set up, evaluate and make recommendations regarding new/existing equipment.
Make modifications to equipment to optimize performance.
Coordinate fabrication of fixtures and shop aids.
Ensure that manufacturing systems meet health, safety, and environmental management requirements. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Production Maintenance Technician I
Production Maintenance Technician I is the entry-level classification in the Production Maintenance Technician series and is intended for individuals with limited or no related work experience.
Employees in the classification receive on-the-job training and experience in the maintenance of process equipment.
As experience and proficiency are gained, assignments will become more varied and difficult; supervision become more general rather than direct.
This level requires knowledge and competent demonstration of the following within 6 (six) months of hire: Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods, working knowledge of hand tools and problem-solving skills. Solid problem-solving skills including equipment breakdown, performing repairs and installation. Skilled electrical and instrumentation knowledge and troubleshooting. This level requires the following certifications: LOTO certified, Forklift certified, Fall protection certification The Production Maintenance Technician II performs broader range of duties, proven skillset to fully perform PMT responsibilities, more technically complex tasks, expected to set an example of professional efficiency, and provide technical direction to less experienced staff. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Support the marketing team in ensuring that all materials are updated, on-brand, and ready for distribution, while also gaining hands-on experience in design, content creation, and project management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review and Audit Existing Literature: Conduct a thorough review of all current marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, website content, etc.) to identify elements that are outdated or do not conform to the new branding.
