Carboline is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to work in Green Bay, WI location This intern will work closely with several of our engineers and is a great opportunity for this person to gain hands on experience, become familiar with the manufacturing environments, and grow their professional network.
Requirements:
This is a paid internship where we are seeking someone who can work 30 - 40 hours per week from May through August.
Essential Functions:
Work directly with the Engineering Team and learn how to determine the optimal manufacturing methods and process for producing company products and gain hands on real-world experience in a manufacturing environment Additionally, they will learn and understand productivity improvement; LEAN processes, ergonomics, time studies for reducing waste and excess, line balancing, 5S, Kaizen, etc. Work from engineering design documents, prototypes and/or change orders, and analyzing them for produce-ability Working with Plant EH&S personnel to implement environmental or safety directives. • Determine what equipment, tooling, materials, methods of manufacturing (may include make/buy - automation decision) Work with other engineers to coordinate in setting up or changing the manufacturing processes involved with new or revised products. May use CAD/CAM equipment to perform design tasks Take responsibility for other essential duties, as determined by department Manager While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

Carboline is looking to fill an open Territory Sales Representative within their Northeast Territory and are seeking candidates located near large cities inthe New York Metro Area. This position will be responsible for both selling and generating new business with already established customers while also developing new prospects to grow volume, revenue and increase the profitability of this territory. We are seeking individuals with a hunter's mentality and prior experience working in the paint and coatings industry. This position will report into the Northeast Region Director of Sales.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's in Business or a Technical degree or equivalent experience 4+ years sales and or business development experience in the fireproofing or protective coatings industry
Preferred Requirements
Previous industrial sales experience and NACE certifications are a plus.
Physical Requirements
This position requires minimal physical activity.
May require lifting up to 50lbs on occasion.
May require computer usage for an extended period of time - up to 8 hours in a day.
Occasional exposure to various chemicals.
May require travel by car up to 50%, including nighttime.
Essential Functions
Responsible for calling on new and existing customers to build sales volume, to remain abreast of customer requirements and to assess market trends. Calls on customers and prospective customers to inform them of products, new releases, services available, supply, etc.
Provides technical assistance when necessary. Responsible for securing and renewing orders; works with customer services and sales management to provide servicing levels required by the customer. Builds and maintains a sales program within the territory based on strategic planning including prospecting, new business development, levels of available business and level of repeat business. Works effectively with all company personnel and resources to provide full customer service and assure continuing customer satisfaction. You'll work with an established client base focusing on commercial clients on projects nationwide with a focus on the midlands region.

Your role as electrical project manager will be:
*Attending meetings with clients, end users and the internal teams to ensure project progress updates are clear and projects are delivered to time scale
*Travelling to sites and being a presence, updating on any delays, reports and ensuring subcontractors on site are on track for the program of works
*Maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients and passing over potential business enquiries
As the successful electrical project manager you will have:
*Experience working as an electrician and proven experience as a project manager running multiple commercial construction jobs
*Driving licence
*Happy to travel to sites nationwide when required

Senior Planner required for an industry leading engineering and manufacturing business, established over 50 years ago, renowned for quality deliverables for a vast range of industries including Healthcare, Education, Commercial and Industrial, Residential, Sports and Leisure, Defence and Nuclear.The successful Senior Planner will be easily able to commute to WAKEFIELD from surrounding towns & cities, including Halifax, Huddersfield, Brighouse, Dewsbury and Bradford.Key Responsibilities of the Senior Planner will include;
Develop tender programmes to assist in winning new work
Work collaboratively with Procurement, Project Management, Contract Management, Operations and Supply chain to programme work across a number of manufacturing sites
Develop a team of Planners and Trainee Planners
Maintain the master production schedules and production plans for all factories, including schedules and deadlines
Ensure consideration for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations are given to all tasks
Chair weekly production planning meetings, updating internal and external stakeholders of updates and risks
Provide forecasted project completion dates for Sales and Estimating departments
For the Senior Planner, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess:
Experience as a Senior Planner or similar within a Construction or Engineering environment
Experience delivering large complex schemes of work
Experience using SAFRAN, Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6 and client databases
A deep understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
Demonstrable experience working with Tier 1 clients
Salary & Benefits:
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum
23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 days with service
