What You Will Be Doing
Administration of a portfolio of companies from various jurisdictions and providing support to the Directors in the day to day running of entities under management

Liaising with external advisors including investment advisers, asset managers, lawyers, accountants, brokers, tax advisers, auditors and other third parties, as necessary regarding client affairs

Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements in accordance with the regulatory licenses held by the business, including any codes of practice and regulatory guidance
Undertaking comprehensive company file reviews and periodic AML/Compliance risk assessments
Drafting of AGMs and Board Resolutions/Minutes
Company billing, invoicing clients
Attending to statutory filings of documents
Updating information related to Companies in Viewpoint, ensuring client database is always updated and correct including billings
Liaising with banks and other financial institutions on day-to-day administration of Company portfolios and cash deposits held
Any ad-hoc tasks and duties as instructed by the Directors of the firm's licensed companies

They are seeking an experienced Chemotherapy nurse to work with them to deliver care in the comfort of patient's homes.
You will be delivering one to one care, building relationships, and supporting patients.You will provide direct patient care, administering chemotherapy treatments and monitoring patients' responses.
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological conditions, including vital signs, laboratory results, and medication histories.
You may also be educating patients and their families about chemotherapy treatments, potential side effects, and self-care measures, so good communication skills are key.

*What you will need:

Cytotoxic Drug Administration - Qualified and experienced in safely preparing and administering cytotoxic drugs, following strict safety protocols to manage chemotherapy treatments and other related therapies.
Clinical Assessment Expertise - Proficient in conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose, monitor, and manage patient health conditions, ensuring appropriate interventions.
