All services are client and needs-led. The serviceThe Family Court Pathfinder Programme is a new programme in selected Family Courts.
Its purpose is to improve the experiences of, and outcomes for, victim/survivors of domestic abuse in the Family Court system.
Essential to the work of the Family Court Pathfinder is the role of the Pathfinder IDVA, who will work in a way that empowers the victims/survivors and their children, helps them to navigate the process with confidence, and secure outcomes that are safe and respectful of their needs as the victims of domestic abuse.

The Pathfinder IDVAs will work with people from Sandwell, Walsall and Dudley areas whose cases are being heard in Wolverhampton or Telford Family Court.

This HSE Manager position is with a globally leading chemical manufacturing company specialising in the manufacture of bespoke resins.
The main purpose of the HSE Manager is to ensure the effectiveness of the EHS Department, compliance with government and legal regulations and promoting a positive climate in which EHS is seen by all employees and customers.
Taking this opportunity as HSE Manager would mean working for a leading global producer of chemical products.
This is a key manufacturing company relied on by many industries and this HSE Manager role is critical to the ongoing operation.
This role has a base salary of between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE), and a benefits package which includes a company pension, BUPA healthcare, 33 days holiday including bank holidays.
The working hours for this role are standard days, 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities of the HSE Manager ;
Supervision, Implementation and Communication of the Systems [45001 & 14001].
Accident and incident investigations, report findings and Identify countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence by RCA; identification of hazard and planning of action to remove or reduce.
You will assist the Process Safety team in process hazard assessments (PHA), including HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, HFA and the development of ALARP demonstrations, as required under COMAH.
You will be required to keep up to date with legislation and industry best practice and prepare, communicate changes highlighting any risk or operations requirements, with supervision of the Legislation Register, ensuring of site compliance through documented checks and protocol.
The HSE Manager will develop & implement regulations under the health and safety at work act 1974 programs to ensure compliance with applicable health and safety standards.
Responsibility for organising health and safety training programmes for relevant site personnel, and other duties around the safety and environmental complaint operations of the facility.
Lead site safety protocol including, communication and awareness to all who access site and or restricted areas.
To act as Fire Officer for the site, and to ensure site fire risk assessments are up to date.
Lead the sites COSHH Assessment process, including carrying out of such assessments.
Responsible for developing the environmental strategy and environmental performance and lead site environmental permits.
Product Life Cycle Assessment and Internal improvements on 12 principles of green chemistry.
To be successful in this position as HSE Manager you must hold the below experience and qualifications:
Hold previous experience working in a similar and relevant role, with a good working knowledge of the Chemical industry and its associated legislations.
Experience working on a COMAH site.
Educated to degree level in a relevant subject (health and safety, Chemical etc).
NEBOSH L3 certificate or above.
IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
Lead Auditor 45001 and 1401 qualifications and knowledge (essential)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Operations Manager with strong knowledge of UK building regulations, fire safety compliance, and fire ratings in carpentry.
You'll oversee multiple residential projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Reporting to the Operations Directors and Associate Director, you'll collaborate with peers across operations.

Key Responsibilities
, Deliver carpentry contracts across multiple new build housing sites., Report to senior leadership on project performance., Collaborate with fellow Operations Managers and the wider team., Act as main contact with developers, contractors, site teams, and clients., Plan, resource, and manage costs to meet contractual obligations., Ensure works comply with UK Building Regulations, drawings, and NHBC standards., Provide guidance on fire ratings, compartmentation, and passive fire protection., Carry out site visits, quality inspections, and progress meetings., Supervise carpenters and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of craft, safety, and productivity., Support supervisors and site teams to meet programme milestones., Maintain accurate project records for compliance, commercial, and contractual purposes, using digital tools and platforms., Liaise with NHBC on technical queries, inspections, and compliance., Conduct Health & Safety inspections and Toolbox Talks, providing evidence of compliance., Manage variations, valuations, and reporting with QS and commercial teams., Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and company policies., Resolve technical issues, defects, and client queries quickly and effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
, Experience as a Contract Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Senior Site Manager in residential construction., Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, particularly regarding carpentry quality standards, fire safety, and compliance., Extended H&S qualifications (Managers Health & Safety Training), Track record managing carpentry packages for large-scale residential new build developments., Shown ability to manage employees and subcontractors, balancing workforce planning with quality and performance requirements., Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, costs, contract variations, and specification and design changes., Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills., Proven ability to influence change, drive improvements, and contribute to the long-term growth of the business., Demonstrated ability to keep comprehensive records and prepare clear documentation for clients, governing bodies, and internal use., Confident in liaising with NHBC inspectors and Health & Safety officers, ensuring compliance and resolving issues effectively., Competent in MS Office, project management software, and digital reporting tools., Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold card, NVQ Level 6, or equivalent).

, Prior hands-on experience working as a carpenter, with a strong understanding of site-based challenges and practical solutions., Carpentry Qualifications: NVQ or work for a specialist trade contractor, SMSTS - Site Management Training Scheme, Crane Supervisor or Appointed Person, Formal training or certification in fire safety or passive fire protection., NVQ 6 Construction Site Management, Membership of CIOB, RICS, or similar professional body., Experience in value engineering, timber frame installation, and/or modern methods of construction (MMC).

I am looking to hire a Quality and Compliance Officer to work alongside the Directors and Registered Manager's to enhance the quality assurance and audits across three of their residential homes and the supported living services.
The Quality and Compliance Officer role is a permanent part time role working 3 days (24 hours) paying £18-£20 an hour.
£35,000 FTE, pro rata salary is £22,400.
The Quality and Compliance Officer must have
Experience in a quality, compliance, or governance role within the health & social care sector, as well as working within a care setting
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and how they apply to residential and supported living services
A good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the CQC fundamental standards
Excellent reasoning skills - ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed judgements
Effective leadership & communication skills with the ability to influence and engage colleagues and stakeholders.
