As the Lead Psychologist your key responsibilities include:
Participating in the assessment of referrals, and to provide initial assessment service users referred to the service
Undertaking high quality direct (assessment & therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory, and evaluative) specialist psychological interventions and making autonomous clinical decisions
Working therapeutically with service users with complex presentations, undertake the assessments using a broad range of structured psychometric and semi structured clinical methods
Formulating and implementing plans of specialist psychological treatment or management of patients' mental health needs based on a multi-factorial psychological understanding and current evidence based best practise
Being professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of clinical work and care
Maintaining high standards of care in all areas of practice and in accordance the HCPC Code of Conduct, professional guidelines and Company Policies and Procedures
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
An approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division
Have understanding of evidence-based psychological practice
Experience of applying psychological knowledge to a Learning Disabilities and Autism setting
Experienced working with clients with cognitive deficits
Previous experience of conducting research and project working
The successful Lead Psychologist will receive an excellent salary of £70,000 per annum.

Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to the CFO and leadership team

THE PERSON:
Newly Qualified / 1 to 2 Years PQE (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Must have experience as in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner role, or similar.
Experience within a consumer facing industry, ideally within ecommerce, such a retail, fashion, travel, FMCG.
skill set (reporting, stakeholder management, analysis)
Experience supporting management reporting, board packs, budgeting, forecasting, stakeholder management, stock and Analysis/FP&A
Comfortable liaising with external/outsourced providers and juggling multiple stakeholders

This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £50k - £60k with profit share of £5k quarterly + £2k for outstanding inspection results.
You will be responsible for
* Leading the home and managing daily operations to meet care standards.
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, including Ofsted registration.
* Promoting safeguarding and child protection at all levels within the home.

What we are looking for
* Previously worked as a Childrens Home Manager, Registered Care Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Home Manager, Care Manager, Homecare manager or in a similar role.
* Have recent experience of 2 years (within 5 years) in children's residential care.
* Must have experience working in EBD settings.
* Supervisory or leadership experience of 1 year in a care environment.
* Proven knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.
* Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.

The successful Locality Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £75,000 per annum.
