Effectively manage your staff, providing information, guidance and on-going supervision and support, recruiting new staff and continually develop and encourage your team.
Working with your Area Manager you will continually ensure that business objectives and the CQC compliance criteria are met, by cultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively work in a Collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding
You will have full commercial control and work closely with the Customer Relations Team to ensure that optimum occupancy is maintained in your home by creative marketing strategies ensuring cost control over fees and staffing

Experience in managing nursing homes

Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance and care inspectorate

Collaborate with WTI's Accounts team and aligned Tremco Corporate representatives to build complex, comprehensive long-term asset management plans (i.e.
5 to 10-year capital plans) that leverage cost avoidance opportunities by prioritizing proactive maintenance, repair, and restoration over replacement.
Accountability:
Meet and exceed annual sales targets / plans based on Healthcare program goals. Add and develop new accounts within the Healthcare National Accounts portfolio. Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth. Integra Education are seeking a highly experienced Education Psychologist to manage and coordinate the therapy elements of an EHCP delivered by Education Other Than at School (EOTAS) package for two young people aged between 15 and 18.
This is a part-time position that can be delivered remotely.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a multi-disciplinary therapy team, including Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language, Art Therapist, Autism and PDA practitioner, and Mental Health practitioner, ensuring interventions are aligned with each young person's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and are consistently reviewed, commissioned, and reported on.
You will be working closely with the Provision Coordinator and will play an active role in the multi-disciplinary team (MDT) and annual review processes.
Delivery Schedule: 15-20 hours per week, term time only.
