Lead and develop a small operations team responsible for quarterly business performance and reporting.
Design, implement and continuously enhance the operating model across fund, portfolio and management company activities.
Oversee end-to-end fund operations, including financial reporting, fee calculations, audit coordination and valuation processes.
Act as a senior operational resource, providing guidance on fund operations, performance concepts and best practice.
Partner with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, technology and legal & compliance to ensure robust governance and control frameworks.
Lead and prioritise change initiatives to support platform growth, including new funds, structures and geographies.
Champion the use of technology and data to improve efficiency, automation and reporting.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established company managing shopping centres, focusing on retail asset management, leasing, and operations.
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be covering purchase ledger, credit control and general accounts, with involvement in month-end processes and financial reporting.
This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 and benefits.
Property, retail or multi-site experience is beneficial.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing purchase ledger and processing invoices efficiently
* Performing credit control tasks to ensure timely payments
* Supporting credit control activities, including payment allocation and chasing overdue balances
* Assisting with month-end processes, including reconciliations and supporting schedules
* Preparing and assisting with financial reports and statements
* Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage and Excel
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Junior Accountant, Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Purchase Ledger assistant, credit controller or in a similar role.
* Have 3-4 years of experience in similar accounts role.
* Ideally have experience in purchase ledger and credit control
* Experience supporting month-end processes and assisting with financial reports and statements
* Skilled in Sage accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Maintain and update the 13 week cashflow forecast, improving automation and accuracy wherever possible.
Support the annual budgeting process, including sales forecasting, material costs, production variances, labour and overhead absorption and currency impacts.
Provide holiday cover for treasury duties such as completing VAT returns, managing invoice-discounting tasks, and handling foreign-exchange transactions
Oversee and develop one direct report.
THE PERSON:
Open to applicants who are Part or Fully CIMA / ACCA Qualified (part qual must be actively studying) or Qualified by Experience.
Previous experience as a Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, Cost Accountant, Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst or similar within manufacturing or engineering enviroment
Strong understanding of costing principles, stock control, bills of materials and manufacturing processes.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders.
