A large Independent Fostering Agency group who is a multiple service provider is looking for a Team Manager to be based in the Kent region. You will be supporting and leading a small team of Supervising Social Workers, and will report into the Registered Manager for the region.
This role is a full-time, permanent position and will be based from home and also office in Kent.
The ideal Team Manager will have experience within Fostering preferably within the private sector along with management experience.

Duties will include the following:
De-merchandising and remerchandising to planograms, cleaning the fixture where required.

My client is an exciting specialist children's services provider who provide residential children's homes to young people in Cannock.

We are looking for a Senior Support Worker and will look at Support Workers in children's homes (12 months minimum) who want to step up with high chance of internal progression to Deputy and Manager.
The Senior Support Worker is a permanent full time role paying £29,000 starting salary on a 40 hour a week contract based in the home in Cannock
My client is open to interviewing experienced Residential Support Workers in children's homes who are looking to step up.
The successful candidate will have
Experience in a Children's Home (min 12 months) as a Support Worker, Senior Support Worker or Team Leader
Diploma Level 3 Residential Childcare (or currently be completing)
Driving License
Experience of working with challenging behaviours within young people
Positive nature, resilience and empathy
