An exciting and ambitious managed service provider are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team.
They provide all areas of IT support to SME clients across a variety of different industries including accounting, finance and legal firms.
This is a great opportunity to be involved with some exciting projects as well as gain personal and career development within a fast-growing MSP and a great team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys building and managing marketing funnels, creating compelling content and working closely with sales teams to support outbound activity.
You will be responsible for managing and executing the company's marketing activity end to end, with a strong focus on demand generation, content and pipeline growth.
You will have autonomy to shape marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
, Managing HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, including campaigns, workflows and reporting
, Owning and optimising sales funnel marketing content to improve engagement and conversion
, Supporting the outbound sales team with relevant campaigns, messaging and collateral
, Creating and managing lead magnets (guides, whitepapers, landing pages, email campaigns)
, Managing and updating the company website using WordPress
, Producing high-quality original content (blogs, case studies, thought leadership) — not AI-generated
, Managing and coordinating SEO and Google PPC activity with external agencies
, Managing organic and paid social media channels, primarily LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
, Using data and insights to continuously refine campaigns and improve ROI
Requirements:
, Ideally have previous experience working in a marketing function within IT/technology services
, Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
, Hands-on experience with HubSpot
, Experience supporting outbound sales teams
, Confident content creator with excellent written communication skills
, Experience managing WordPress websites
, Experience managing LinkedIn marketing activity

As Marketing Manager you must be/have:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Digital, Marketing, Economics or Business Management
5 - 10 years of experience in B2B marketing management in a direct and digital marketing business, preferably in an international context
Team management, direct reports as well as cross functional teams, also in an international context
A passion for marketing and a natural interest to stay up to date on new trends, technologies, capabilities and solutions
Excellent project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects across critical deadlines and capable of driving projects across cross-functional teams based in different locations.

Responsible for the end-to-end project management of multiple high value projects across the EMEA and APAC North American region, whilst supporting your UK region counterpart.
Attending pre-order customer project management meetings to ensure that all deliverables can be achieved to customer expectation, on time and within budget.
Producing post-order project plans, identifying key milestone, risks and communicating with key internal and external stakeholders.
Reviewing CAD Drawings and ensuring the Drawings are updated/amended as and when required.
Working closely with internal stakeholders such as; Sales, Customer Service, CAD Design, Technical, Manufacturing, Transport, Finance and Logistics teams.
Liaising with external stakeholders such as Key Suppliers, Installation Partners, and Client Contacts.
Reacting to mid-project order changes and ensuring that the project plan is adjusted accordingly.
Updating the MS Excel & Project is updated and circulated with relevant stakeholders.
Monitoring all live projects, identifying issues, and resolving to ensure client satisfaction.
Attending meetings both in person and via video as and when required to resolve issues and provide project updates.
Producing regular project reports to the SLT and Board when required
THE PERSON:
Must current have experience as a Senior Project Manager or Senior Contracts Manager or similar position within a construction or engineering environment.
Excellent relationship building skills is essential.
Ability to read Technical CAD Drawings
Good understanding of Groundwork Civil Projects would be an advantage.
Full UK Driving Licence
Prepared to Travel Internationally as and when required and undertake ad-hoc out of hours business calls with international customers.

This is a full time position on a 12 month fixed term contract, offering hybrid working - 2/3 days per week in the office.
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing relationships with the European regional office and sales partners.
We are looking for an organised, proactive individual who can play a role supporting the team in delivering consistent marketing messages and creating marketing materials on schedule and in line with business objectives.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and joining a small marketing team, this role provides the opportunity to shape marketing activities.
You will be responsible for:
Working closely with Europe HQ to execute digital campaigns for the UK market alongside the UK marketing team and senior management
Channel marketing activities - working alongside the sales team, and selected sales partners to run quarterly campaigns including emails, web banners, google ads, providing content for brand pages etc.
Influencer marketing activities - identifying suitable influencers for key segments, ensuring the creation of high-quality content with aims to drive awareness and convert into sales

As Marketing Executive, you must/be:
Essential
Ability to take direction as well as work on own initiative
Ability to pitch the brand and capabilities of the marketing team
Good understanding of B2C marketing best practices
Outstanding attention to detail, organisation skills and communication skills
Able to work well with other departments to ensure smooth transitions and internal communication
Ability to juggle a wide range of projects and used to prioritising a varied workload
Experience working with external suppliers including print and merchandise
Experience managing collateral and logistics
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including Maths and English
