Tremco Field Safety Engineer
General Purpose:
Under the direction of the Assistant Safety Director, the Field Safety Engineer will be responsible for providing support and safety oversight to regional Roofing and Weatherproofing Technologies field employees (including but not limited to Sales, Roofing Advisors, CSS, Field Resource Representatives, and leadership), ensuring site compliance with corporate and client safety standards, as well as ensuring site safety policies and procedures are aligned with governmental regulations.
This position will provide supervision and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of jobsites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide support to projects by maintaining a visible presence and conducting site visits to perform safety audits and safety process audits (e.g., safety document evaluation/compliance)

* Enforce all Federal, State, local, owner and Tremco regulations throughout all Roofing regional projects. Motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure safety practices and policies are being adhered to effectively. As a direct report to, regularly communicate safety audit results and/or field safety concerns (e.g., Stop Work Authority) with Assistant Safety Director and prepare observation reports as needed. Regularly audit the Site-Specific Safety and Health Plans for compliance and update to ensure the alignment with project scope and conditions.
Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately per the Tremco Incident Notification Policy. Participate and assist all field leadership in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Ensure incident corrective actions are followed up on and completed. Monitor and follow up on modified workers in the field. Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Occupational Health & Safety preferred) or 5+ Years of Construction experience with high school diploma. Minimum of two years of construction safety field experience required. OSHA 10- and 30-hour certification required. Knowledge of the 1926 OSHA Regulations. Working Knowledge on how to develop, implement, and audit a Daily Task Analysis for Employees and Subcontractors. Audits statement activity and raises concerns to Supervisor and Stonhard leadership. On an ongoing basis, monitors and coordinates subcontract compliance with Master Installation Agreement requirements; including but not limited to insurance policy limits and renewals, per project certified payroll, and MIA addendums.
Monitors per project compliance requirements related to Stonhard and installation partner Controlled Insurance Programs. Ensures on-time Controlled Insurance Program enrollments for Stonhard and subcontractors, including monthly payroll reporting, monitoring, and closeout. Monitors, Stonhard state contractor licenses ensuring compliance and on-time renewal. Develops and recommends document retention requirements as needed.
Develops and monitors necessary reporting to remain compliant. Assist in the creating of outside contractor subcontracts as needed, and as directed by Regional Supervisor. Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor or Stonhard leadership. Supports other administrative responsibilities, as assigned.
Cross-trained in contract team and sales administration responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent with continuing education 3+ years of related work experience in compliance, project administration, sales operations, or customer service Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and obligations with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset Works well as part of a team

This full-time, permanent role offers salary range of£25,420 -£26,420 and excellent benefits.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5, supporting the daily operations of the nursery, and fostering strong partnerships with parents.
You will be responsible for:
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations within your room.
* Support the room manager with effective room management and planning.
* Observe, assess, and plan for each child's individual needs.
* Uphold safeguarding practices and ensure adherence to nursery policies.
* Develop trusting relationships with parents and work closely with outside professionals.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Educatoror in a similar role.
* Experience working in a nursery setting.
* Level 2 / Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Good GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent.
