Currently recruiting a Customer Care Manager to oversee and lead our customer care team.
This full-time, office-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual dedicated to driving high standards of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement within the team.
You will be the key liaison with senior management and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.
Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
Ensure effective staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer service objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Develop strategies in line with contractual obligations to enhance customer satisfaction, timely resolutions and retention.
Monitor customer interactions and ensure high-quality service delivery, adhering to company standards and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and the operations team, to fulfill customer requirements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Managing the customer care requirements to ensure customer first culture is delivered across the group
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate customer service processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize customer experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Communication and Reporting:
Serve as a point of contact between customers, engineers, and the operations team, facilitating effective communication and information sharing.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer service performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas of focus.
Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve customer service operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar customer service management role, preferably within the civil industry or related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Highly motivated adaptable individual, working to the highest professional standards and with proven ability to deliver results within an agile team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is desirable.

To carry out clinical supervision to Assistant Psychologist
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Promote good communication skills written and verbally
Post-qualification experience of working with complex patients ideally in a secure or locked setting
Experience of supervising others is advantageous but not essential
Able to show a can-do attitude always
The successful Psychologist will receive an excellent salary of £45,000 - £50,000 FTE DOE.
This exciting position is permanent part time role working 18.75hrs a week.

WTI has established a Safety Solutions Team as a revenue-generating team within WTI designed to expand and create new rooftop opportunities for safety inspections, installations, and overall property owner reassurance for OSHA/ANSI compliance, supporting both Tremco Roofing and WTI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
List the job's essential or most important functions and responsibilities of the Safety Service Representative (SSR).
Include all important aspects of the job - whether performed daily, weekly, monthly, or annually; and any that occur at irregular intervals. Integrate safety into the roofing traditional sale process, WTI GC and GS sale processes. Evaluate and develop qualified leads and inspection assessments/reports for OSHA compliance to support the roofing sales representatives with the most current, up-to-date product selection, pricing, and installation processes. Provide product quotes for property owners, sales representatives, Tremco contractors, WTI construction/project managers, WTI field management, or any others as directed. Responsible for contributing to, validating, and signing off on all proposals and specifications.

Continually measure the impact of activities and adapt and refine the program of delivery with the Safety Solutions Director as necessary. Establish metrics and benchmark data, develop reports for specific programs and initiatives, and report outcomes to employees, stakeholders, and outside partners. Create and maintain a database of outreach contacts to foster and develop collaborative partnerships. Visit property owner/management customer locations and assess their rooftop safety needs, schedule inspections/assessments, provide fall protection presentations, or any other on-site activities as directed. Coordinate assessments, engineering assessments, training, and/or fall hazard risk inspections with outside partners. Prepare estimates using the electronic tools provided (i.e., spreadsheets, apps, etc.). Develop relationships with regional teams including but not limited to, sales reps, CSS, program managers, regional business managers, field supervisors, and field technicians. Develop processes and protocols for engaging sales representatives, customers, and contractors in alignment with regional and company objectives. Proactively identify potential barriers to participant success and work within WTI and outside agencies to deliver solutions. Provide excellent customer service to employees and outside partners. Meet deadlines for all reports, data, publications, and quotes requests. Travel as needed to visit customer locations and projects for project review, QC, customer presentations, quotes, and any other visit needed to promote or support the team.
