Under general supervision, the Shipping Associate I/Senior/Lead is responsible for preparing and shipping orders for customers or transfers.

Pick, pack and label orders for shipment
Prepare domestic and international shipping documents for LTL, FTL and small parcel shipments per customer requirements
Schedule shipping/receiving activities with transportation providers for pick up/delivery
Unload and load trailers
Communicate closely with purchasing, sales, and quality
Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry and archive records
Maintain inventory and storage areas in organized and efficient manner
Work with various systems and scanning technology (ERP, WMS, UPS/FedEx, TMS, bar tender, etc.)
Participate in inventory counts and reconciliations
Look for and facilitate process improvements
Operate a reach truck, forklift or other material handling equipment
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Ensure EH&S compliance with Federal, state, and local regulations.
Monitor, interpret, and analyze EH&S laws, standards and regulations that impact business operations in Corsicana, Texas.
Assist with the management of site environmental programs including, but not limited to the following:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational or Environmental Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Preferred, 3+ years of on-the-job experience in leading and implementing EH&S programs in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prior experience working with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.

The Role of the Hospital Business Manager
Selling a range of ophthalmic surgical products/devices including IOL's (monovision and also premium), procedure packs, single use surgical instruments & clean air solutions
Selling to ophthalmic surgeons, consultants, nurses and procurement
At the moment its 60% into the NHS + 40% into private clinics.
The private sector is growing a lot faster so a real focus on that
Lots of potential on the area.
Someone can make a big and positive impact on the area if worked properly.
For now more geared towards growth/new business opportunities but full support will be provided by the business in a very focused and strategic way

Assist in the purchasing of materials for the manufacturing and assembly of goods

Produce weekly updates on delivery and forecasts

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new suppliers

A very well-regarded industrial disease team in Liverpool are seeking a Disease Litigation Lawyer to join them in handling a caseload of complex disease litigation, ranging from noise-induced hearing loss claims to asbestos-related claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and experienced team, gaining exposure to high value cases, and working on a hybrid basis.
As a Disease Litigation Lawyer, you will:
Handle your own caseload of litigated NIHL claims efficiently.
Assist senior colleagues on complex, high-value industrial disease claims.
Draft legal strategy reports, pleadings, and advice.
Conduct legal research and investigations.
Attend court hearings, conferences, and client meetings.
Liaise with clients, counsel, and other relevant parties.

A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0-5 years PQE.
