Pre-weigh Personnel (Job Description)
Scope:
Pre-Weight personnel are responsible for having product formulas properly weighed for production mixing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Examine materials, ingredients, or products visually or with hands, in order to ensure conformance to established standards • Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas. • Communicating with Supervisors or Peers • Package products for storage or shipment. • Select and measure or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures and balance scales. • Follow formulas to produce food products to meet customers specified. • Operate or tend machines to mix or blend any of a wide variety of food products. • Read work orders to determine production specifications and information • Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery and equipment. • Record operational and production data on specified forms • Maintain a clean work area • Frequently Walk; Reach with hands and arms; the employee is regularly stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Talk, hear. • Perform all work in accordance with GMP's, housekeeping, good safety practices, and environmental regulations. • Adheres to all safety and quality procedures/regulations
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
• Must possess good reading, writing and math skills. • Must always be safety conscious • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. • Capable of working independently • Ability to follow directions and procedures accurately
Education and Experience:
• Education: High school diploma.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Production Assembler performs assigned tasks that include, but are not limited to, producing architectural shapes, EIFS wall components, and exterior panel systems.

Hand applies adhesive mesh to parts.
Mixes base coats and finishes with electric drill and paddle.
Works as part of a team to run parts through extrusion equipment.
Assembles and pours mold for cast stone.
Trims parts with cutting equipment. Assists in building custom crates based on project specifications.
Prepares and organizes parts for shipment.
Assists with shipping and receiving.
Follows all safety requirements.
Cleans equipment after use and assists team in keeping production space clean and organized.
Assists with monthly inventory counts.

The Specifications Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Specifications Program, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the company's growth and success.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance specification quality, reduce risk, and improve customer satisfaction. EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree - Preferred degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Construction Management; Or 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

As aSenior Corporate Tax Manager, you will be delivering corporation tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of fast-growing, tech-led businesses.
You will be responsible for:
* Assist senior leadership on strategic tax matters, including business restructures, corporate deals, and innovation-related tax reliefs
* Oversee or directly handle the preparation of intricate corporate tax computations.
* Deliver clear, accurate technical tax guidance to both clients and internal colleagues.
* Work closely with other departments to identify cross-service opportunities and support business development.
* Play a role in promotional efforts, including contributing to thought leadership and marketing content.
* Track and manage financial performance indicators such as chargeable time, recoveries, and client billing.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as an Assistant Tax Manager, Tax Advisor, Tax Senior, Tax Accountant, Tax Specialist or in a similar role.
* Possess 5+ years experience in corporate tax within a accountancy practice.
* ACCA or ACA qualified (CTA preferred).
* Solid technical expertise in UK corporation tax compliance and advisory.
* Excellent leadership, delegation, and mentoring abilities.
