Passion for supporting individuals with complex mental health needs to maximise independence and recovery.
The successful Senior Occupational Therapist will receive a competitive salary of £36,454 per annum, with higher salaries available depending on experience.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Computer Vision Engineer to join a highly technical engineering team developing advanced perception and autonomous navigation technologies.
Youll be responsible for the design, development, verification and deployment of computer vision algorithms and software, contributing to challenging applications involving object detection, tracking and 6DoF pose estimation.
Working alongside engineers across software, systems, GNC and other technical disciplines, youll have the opportunity to take algorithms from initial concept through validation and integration into complex autonomous systems.
The Role
- Design and develop computer vision algorithms for object detection, tracking and 6DoF pose estimation.
- Contribute to computer vision subsystem architectures, requirements and performance budgets.
- Support the verification and validation of algorithms, including performance assessment and requirements verification.
- Support hardware-in-the-loop and integrated system testing.
- Work with camera and LiDAR sensing technologies, supporting hardware selection and integration.
- Support the integration of computer vision algorithms into embedded and flight software.
- Collaborate closely with Systems, GNC, Flight Dynamics and Software teams.
- Conduct research into emerging computer vision technologies and assess their application to future systems.
- Contribute to the development of robust and reliable solutions for demanding operational environments.
About You
Were looking for an engineer with a strong technical foundation in computer vision and experience taking algorithms beyond research and into practical deployment.
Essential experience includes:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or another relevant discipline.
- 2+ years' industrial or research experience in computer vision algorithm development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of computer vision, image processing, machine learning and deep learning.
- Demonstrable experience developing algorithms from concept through to validation and deployment.
- Strong programming skills in Python, MATLAB, C and/or C++.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries such as OpenCV, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
- Understanding of camera and/or LiDAR sensor principles.
- Good knowledge of software configuration management and Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable Experience
Experience within space, aerospace, robotics or autonomous systems would be advantageous, as would experience with:
- Vision-based navigation and perception.
- Sensor fusion and multi-sensor perception.
- LiDAR signal processing.
- ROS or ROS2.
- Embedded C/C++ development.
- Safety-critical software.
- Computer vision testbeds and data-generation environments.
- CI/CD and automated testing frameworks.
