About the team
This organisation provides multiple services for Children in need including specialist: education, residential care, clinical services, crisis intervention and fostering.
The Yorkshire service is based across two office, one in North Yorkshire and one in South Yorkshire.
About you
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a Fostering service within a senior management capacity (with a management qualification ideally) preferably with an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity.
You will need to be prepared to be office based as the Service Manager.

The successful Teaching Assistant will be working across Year 5 and Year 6, supporting small groups of pupils and delivering targeted interventions.
Job Responsibilities
Supporting small groups of children in Year 5 and Year 6
Delivering interventions in Spelling and Greater Depth Writing
Working closely with class teachers to support learning outcomes
Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and progress
Providing tailored support to help children achieve their potential as a Teaching Assistant
Qualifications/Experience
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in KS2 and strong curriculum knowledge is essential for this role
Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service
Right to work in the UK
Confidence supporting KS2 pupils, particularly in literacy
