Summary - General Purpose of the Job:
Primary focus of this position will be to work directly with the business and corporate to develop and migrate our financial processes onto our corporate CFIN platform which will include new AP, AR, Close, Travel and Expense and Capital Processes and tools.
This position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is FI/CO - Finance and Controlling.
The scope of responsibility is for all CPG - all businesses, all locations.

Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.

The Process Engineer III will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer III will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES: Safety The Process Engineer III will actively participate in process safety reviews, and process hazards analysis as the technical representative. Must understand the hazards of the raw materials, processes, and products in order to develop a safe manufacturing process. Subject matter expert in wide range of chemical plant processes and systems.
Perform safety vent calculations for process upset conditions. Determine the correct control systems and interlocks to safely operate the process. Participate in plantwide process safety programs. LEAN Culture Use knowledge of existing processes to propose process modifications which will reduce waste. The Process Engineer III, will be the technical consultant to the plant continuous improvement team. Understand the principle and philosophy behind the implementation of a LEAN culture. Job Description Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Head of Pensions & Treasury to join the team on a temporary basis.
The Head of Pensions & Treasury is lead officer for the in-house pensions team that manages the Local Government Pension Scheme and provides outstanding leadership and direction on all pension related issues.
You will manage the team that has day-to-day accountability for implementation of pension policy and oversight of external service providers including investment managers, third party administrator, consultants and advisors.
You will provide guidance and support to the Pension Fund Committee and Local Pension Board in carrying out their duties.
You will lead the development and implementation of the Council's Treasury Management Strategy linked to the Council's Medium Term Plan.
The Head of Pensions and Treasury is expected to provide advice to the S151 officer and elected representatives to inform their Treasury management decision making and will be responsible for maintaining a robust controls framework for the function and delivery under the Treasury policies and practices detailed within the Strategy.
Candidate Criteria
CIPFA/CCAB Qualified Accountant
Experience of working within both Pensions & Treasury within a Local Authority
Experience of developing Treasury Management Strategies and overseeing a Pension Scheme.
Experience of managing a large team of professionals, delivering an efficient service.
