GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The BIM Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes to enhance the design, fabrication, and coordination of HercuWall.

Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models, ensuring accurate representation of designs for production and installation.
Develop Revit families for HercuWall and work to integrate add-in software to improve BIM efficiencies and specialized outputs.
Develop and maintain Revit Shared Parameters files that align with Families and subsequently integrate effectively into our ERP Systems.
Work closely with preconstruction to understand project specifications and translate them into BIM models that align with production requirements.
Collaborate with production and product teams to identify and resolve potential design or fabrication issues early in the process. Assist in the creation and management of 3D models, drawings, and digital construction documents to streamline the manufacturing process and improve product accuracy.
Perform clash detection and ensure coordination between different disciplines (e.g., architecture, structure, MEP) to avoid design conflicts during the preconstruction phase.
Create schedules and outputs for Operations to ensure seamless workflow from design to fabrication.
Support the team in optimizing panel design for manufacturability, cost efficiency, and ease of installation.
Provide BIM training and support, including developing standards and guidelines for BIM implementation.
Maintain BIM-related documentation and records, ensuring that all models and documents are up-to-date and accurate.
Collaborate with the preconstruction team to conduct reviews, design validation, and coordination meetings to ensure the alignment of the models with client expectations and production requirements.
Participate in the development of customized BIM workflows and tools to improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and meet project deadlines.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in BIM technology, recommending new tools and practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the BIM process.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
10+ years of experience working with BIM software, such as Autodesk Revit, in a construction or manufacturing setting.
Expert level knowledge a plus.
Experience with 3D modeling, detailing, and visualization of building components, specifically in modular or panelized systems.
OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
