We are partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a ServiceNow Architect to shape and drive the technical architecture and delivery of high-impact ServiceNow solutions across complex enterprise environments.
This role sits at the intersection of solution design, platform governance, and strategic delivery leadership.
Youll be a senior technical authority, influencing platform strategy, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practice across development and implementation teams.
What youll be doing
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions
- Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural standards and best practices
- Translate business requirements into robust platform designs and solution roadmaps
- Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple delivery teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical strategy and business objectives
- Mentor and guide developers and technical staff to foster consistency and quality
What were looking for
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or senior technical lead on large ServiceNow programmes
- Deep hands-on expertise across ServiceNow modules (e.g.
ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of integrations, platform architecture, and complex workflows
- Excellent communicator with the ability to act as a technical authority to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, architect-level certifications) strongly preferred
- SC eligibility (UK nationals and able to meet residency requirements)
