In this role, with the support of a great team, you will be working on your own caseload of insolvency and restructuring matters (mainly non contentious).
You will be working alongside one of the key Partners, who is based in Leeds, alongside the wider team on a national basis.
Within this role you will be working with across various industries (some regulated), on specialist, complex and high-value cases, dealing with boards of directors at major corporates (e.g.
international airlines).
The team also works in the niche and technical area of special administrations.
You will be joining a vibrant and hard-working team.
The firm is ideally looking for someone with around 2+ years PQE within insolvency and restructuring and are looking for someone driven with a can-do attitude.
This reference to PQE is given solely as a guide and Insolvency lawyers outside of the bracket are encouraged to get in touch - the team is extremely busy and plans to grow further so will consider applicants with a range of experience levels - from recently qualified right through to Director / Partner.

The Process Engineer will manage and commercialize new processes developed by the Research and Development department into full scale production within the Tremco Corsicana plant.
The Process Engineer will determine which equipment in the plant is most suited to make new products and what modifications may be necessary for such production to successfully occur. Over the next two years, the Tremco Corsicana facility will design, construct, and commission a new reactor.
This new major plant expansion will introduce new production capabilities to the Corsicana facility and is expected to serve as a model project for further plant modernization efforts.
The employee filling this role will lead this expansion project all the way through the commissioning and scaleup phases. In addition to supporting new products and plant expansions, this individual will also manage and optimize existing processes throughout the plant with the goals of maximizing yield and minimizing batch cycle times. General Purpose of the Job:
Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.
The position focuses on a specific functional area(s) of the company, which in this case is FI/CO - Finance and Controlling with emphasis on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and new releases of the SAP application software, as well as 3rd party software tools. Provides 2nd level help desk support.
Trains and assists users in the use of SAP business application software.
Prepares training materials, schedules and conducts application system training as needed.
Audience may be other IT staff or end-user staff.
Performs cost vs.
benefit analysis to determine rational for application system development and enhancements. Acts as liaison to the software vendors and other users of the software.
Is actively involved in software and/or functional user groups users. Performs systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion and special reporting requirements, etc. Advises users as to the applicability of various alternatives to meet the specified requirements, such as: SAP baseline functionality & reporting, specialized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing and report development, complimentary software packages, and or changes to business processes.
