Pastoral Officers ensure students' wellbeing and discipline by developing and promoting inclusive strategies and supporting the pastoral team in their work with tutors to raise students' achievements.
Responsibilities will include:
Improving students punctuality and attendance
Responding to instances of poor behaviour
Handling behaviour referrals
Key worker for up to 10 students
Working with multi-agency and parents
Identifying underachieving students in each year and improving students' progress by developing a range of interventions.
