Essential Functions:
Responsible for general OSHA (Title 29CFR) compliance in all Stonhard manufacturing and warehousing facilities in Fort Wayne, IN Responsible for ensuring facility compliance with all applicable national and state mandated fire protection codes in all Fort Wayne, IN. Responsible for implementing, conducting, and maintaining OSHA required programs, training and recordkeeping of all Stonhard employees located in Fort Wayne Responsible for assisting the Manager- Environmental, Health and Safety with safety and environmental inspections, permitting and compliance. Responsible for conducting daily facility housekeeping/compliance inspections at all Fort Wayne, IN facilities. Responsible for emergency response for hazardous material and hazardous waste incidents.
Also has responsibility for maintaining spill response readiness (spill cabinets). Responsible for maintaining and enforcing PPE requirements and supplies for all facilities in Fort Wayne, IN Responsible for conducting incident / near miss investigations, root cause analysis, and assignment of corrective actions. Responsible for proposing implementing and maintaining loss reduction measures, programs and training at all Fort Wayne, IN Responsible for hosting quarterly safety meetings and presenting monthly toolbox talks to manufacturing facilities in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsible for ensuring environmental compliance at both Fort Wayne locations which includes compliance reporting and permit management. Responsible for non-hazardous and hazardous waste management onsite in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Responsible for the coordination of risk surveys, audits, and inspections from outside agencies at the Fort Wayne, IN locations. Responsible for assisting EH&S manager with maintaining and submitting OSHA 300 and 300A logs for Stonhard facilities. Ability to perform IT Functional Lead project related responsibilities and other various IT projects. Experience in solving production support, break fix and enhancements of the SAP system integration with IBP modules. Process mapping experience of IBP processes. Experience in developing an overall testing strategy, writing test scripts, configuring the IBP solution, testing execution, communicate testing results back to the client, managing & training end users, developing training documentation, executing training, etc. Experience working with master data integration. Strategic thinker and team player. Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision. Excellent critical thinking skills, strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities: Serve as the domain expert and advocate for best implementation practices. Hands-on system configuration of SAP IBP, Functional/System Testing, Integration Testing, Test Script Writing, Training, Go-Live Support, and Post-Startup support ensuring that IBP is properly functioning from end-to-end and conforms to specifications. Understanding business processes and requirements and translating them to specific software requirements including Business Requirements Documents & GAP Analysis for extension development. Create functional requirements and use cases.
Coordinate requirements walk-through and signoffs. Partner with project team to translate business specifications into test specifications & scripts. Collaborate with the vendor and client to perform software testing and report on quality metrics. Communicates issues, concerns and problems to team members and upper management.
Assist staff and users with solving software related problems. Able to work in a respectful manner with both internal and external partners. Follow all safety procedures within the company policies. Position requires nominal travel.
Travel to other company sites during critical project phases, optimization work, and business support are potential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related applications. 5+ years experience in IBP SOP, Demand, Supply Response, Inventory and Control Tower. 3+ years experience in IBP configuration and implementation with demonstrability end results. 5+ years experience with SAP including materials / inventory management areas. Strong time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities. Analytical, troubleshooting, and end-user support skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Initiative-taking with ability to play differing roles on the functional team. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY
Make all intermediates and finished products by adding specific quantities of certain raw materials and/or intermediates to a batch tank or grinding mill according to a written formula using proper batch making techniques and safe methods.
This position also requires application and monitoring of established quality procedures and methods for production batches.
Compiles, tabulates and summarizes QC data for analysis.
Prepares and offers constructive criticisms relative to variables and deviations from prescribed standards of quality.
Maintains statistical records having to do with quality, nature and causes of defects.
Expedites and follows up changes to allow for prescribed quality standards.
Request raw materials for use in formulas.
Position requires knowledge of batch making techniques, machinery operation, scales and meter use, and formula knowledge.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Other duties may be assigned. Weigh and/or measure out quantities of solvents, resins, pigments (or dispersions), and additives into blending tanks or grinding mills according to a batch ticket. Tend mixing or grinding equipment and maintain control over time, heat, mix speed, etc. Upon batch completion, take product sample to QC Lab for QC checks. Check production batches by comparison to standards Make adjustments to batch as necessary Recheck batch after adjustments are made until product is within standard product specifications Use proper analytical tools to compare product to standard specs and to wet and/or dry samples Record results of comparison and record onto batch card Consult with Main Lab chemist on products more than 10% out of product specifications Upon approval of product record data onto Quality Control car and enter information into computer data base Consult QC manual for specific requirements for product analysis of production batches and customers special requirements Calibrate QC equipment as required Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion.

Essential Functions:
Remove and properly dispose of liquid and solid material and material build-up from portable industrial containers.
Perform cleaning of portable containers which includes cleaning of the interiors of containers with chemical cleaning agents to remove products using shovels, squeegees, scrapers, or other means as required to prepare the container for future production operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns that arise during the cleaning process. Working with a varied client base consisting of insurers, insolvency practitioners, charities, the premier league, well known football teams, professional players and national and international corporate businesses.
Requirements:
NQ Solicitor ideally with at least a seat within a commercial litigation environment.
Local to Harrogate ideally or willing to be in the office frequently.
