About the role
Lead a team of Asset Surveying professionals and data analyst(s), who undertake condition and compliance surveys to the Council's housing stock, ensuring the housing landlord stock portfolio meets regulatory and legislative requirements and maintains value of its asset base.
Responsibilities
Manage the provision of building surveying and asset management activities for the HRA Housing Assets including Client leadership, project feasibility, scoping, design, and component specification for a wide range of building construction workstreams.
Ensure stock condition surveys and validation surveys are undertaken to facilitate accurate work programmes to be produced, and updated Business plans to be developed and approved.
Management of the stock condition survey process, including the collection, identification and measuring of building attributes, assessing remaining life and checking the accuracy of existing stock condition data.
Technical subject matter expert for building surveying activities (e.g.
building pathology, stock condition and validation surveys, wayleaves, option appraisals, permissions, land ownership, etc.).
Manage risks relating to building fabric or structural failure through diagnosis and response to emerging issues (e.g.
fire or storm damage to buildings, observed deterioration of fabric or structural components).
Lead the options appraisal of assets to ensure they represent VfM (Value for Money), identifying options for potential disposal.
Undertake Energy Assessments ensuring data is accurately recorded, and energy performance certificates are made available
Requirements
HNC in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification.
Evidence of continuing development of professional skills.

The Role of the Territory Manager

The Ideal Person for the Territory Manager
Ideally infusion pumps sales (Infusion Therapy, IV Systems, IV Consumables & IV Solutions).
A high level of knowledge in all infusion therapy areas is required to be able to educate their customers on the different uses of the devices and consumable portfolio.
Knowledge of health issues related to Infusion portfolio need and use.
Basic knowledge of anatomy and physiology; with some knowledge of clinical disease states.
Sales experience in delivering a systems solution incorporating hardware, dedicated, non-dedicated consumables.
Consistent expert knowledge of health issues related to surgery and anaesthesia.
Ability to analyse and interpret commercial data.
Must have 'can do' attitude, be a team player and autonomous to hit the ground running.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, can do approach

The primary result expected from the Electrician will be to plan, coordinate, and test the installation of electrical equipment, components, or systems for industrial or laboratory use by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring that the work is in accordance with relevant codes, and installing or servicing lighting, communication/ computer systems, or electrical control systems. Typical tasks for this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Maintain current electrician's license or identification card to meet governmental regulations. Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment including oscilloscopes, ammeters, and test lamps. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
