The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
Previous Deputy Home Manager experience

Good working knowledge of CQC standards
The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staffing teams
Good clinical skills

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £50,000 per annum.
