JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL SUMMARY Assist with Inventory control.
Check and assist in loading and/or unloading of freight.
Obtain proper authorizations for all deliveries and pick-ups.
Perform warehouse duties to include picking, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory counts.
Assist Facility Manager with other operations as needed.
Primary duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
Assist with loading trailer according to bills of lading.
The trailer should be loaded in order that best accommodates deliveries/stops. Ensure picking/shipping orders are pulled and packed within the time frame specified on the appropriate company document/pick ticket. Ensure materials received during the day are entered/received the same day and the appropriate paperwork is relayed to the correct departments. Ensure the warehouse is replenished daily.
Maintain accurate inventory levels at all times.
Maintain work area in a neat and orderly fashion. Will cross train in other departments and perform these duties as assigned. Assisting with cycle counts as needed. Back-order reports and communicating with customers on status.
Experience and Education Required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Exposure to pick, pack, receiving, shipping, and Hazardous Material knowledge operations preferred Prior experience working within manufacturing environment preferred.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Forklift operation experience preferred. Ability to work in cross-functional environment with frequent interruptions to daily schedule. Good math and measurement skills required. Basic reading and comprehension skills required.
Reasoning Ability
Determine correctness of a variety of processes in relation to specified guidelines learned during initial training and during any ongoing training. Ability to identify areas in which the positions, duties and responsibilities may need to be adjusted for efficiencies. Work without continuous supervision while completing assigned tasks.

Adjust a batch, under QC guidance, until it is approved. Get batch tickets from floor supervisor and discuss with floor supervisor the best order.
Determine raw materials needed. Housekeeping - Clean up work area to 5S standards, takes out trash, participate in cycle count and inventory program. GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Provides total support to the users of SAP application system and ancillary software tools, including package installation, configuration, enhancements & process improvements, problem resolution, training and education, report development.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Construction Manager is responsible for managing all projects (including GC and larger-scale P&R, TremCares, etc).

Pre-construction Stage:
Provides established Project Schedule. Assists the Superintendent in planning and coordinating the Pre-Construction Meeting. Provides the superintendent with necessary subcontractor information, such as site-specific safety plans, certificates, etc., from the Bid Form prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting. Conducts and processes completed Pre-Construction Meeting documentation and distributes to all applicable parties.
Construction Stage:
Daily receipt and review of Daily Inspection forms. Visits job site as necessary. Receive and review Weekly Progress Meeting Minutes, Attend or be involved via conference call. Maintain Project Schedule process updates from the superintendent. Perform site audits as appropriate. Authorize and generate Change Orders as required. Authorize subcontractor payments.
