Currently, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join their dedicated team.Role Overview:As a pivotal member of the finance department, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, overseeing budgetary processes, and ensuring the fiscal health of the diverse portfolio of projects.Key Responsibilities:• Overseeing the monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Key Metrics) and meticulously preparing information packs for submission to the Financial Controller.• Driving continuous enhancements to the Group's monthly financial reporting process and internal controls, including intercompany transactions.• Conducting regular reviews and substantiations of the Group's balance sheet and critical controls.• Providing expert technical accounting knowledge and maintaining the Group's accounting and financial policies.• Supporting in the consolidation and preparation of annual statutory financial statements for Group entities.• Contributing to the planning and execution of the Group's year-end audit to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.• Ensuring the Group's financial control framework is robust and that all financial reporting obligations across the company meet high standards.• Identifying opportunities to fortify the financial control environment and overseeing their implementation.• Undertaking other Finance Manager responsibilities as required to support the Group Financial Controller.Requirements:• ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification preferred.• Demonstrated experience in management reporting.• Proven expertise in relevant accounting practices and technical knowledge (Financial / Management information).• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on controls.• Collaborative team player dedicated to achieving collective team objectives.• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. ....Read more...
