JOB DESCRIPTION
GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Building Envelope Field Estimator will evaluate existing building envelope conditions based on visual and documented areas of deficiencies, develop a scope of work to remedy identified deficiencies, and develop budgets, estimates, and or proposals associated with building envelope repairs.
This role is responsible for converting bid documents to construction documents and communicating job scope and expectations to the field site foreman, both verbal and written.
Monitor job costs and work as a team to ensure productivity and fiscal responsibility are being met.
Challenge yourself to overcome obstacles and find ways to make things happen.
Attend pre-bids and develop photo documentation and field dimension records.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for investigating and analyzing building envelope failures and suggesting long-term repairs.
Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work.
Provide technical expertise in building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, and wall systems.
Execute take-offs of construction documents
Travels to project sites to review for proposal development.
Coordinate with Tremco Sales Representatives and WTI Construction Manager.
Skillfully prepare estimates by meticulously studying proposals, plans, specifications, and addendums by identifying labor, material, and time requirements.
Conduct detailed takeoffs for building envelope repairs, guaranteeing a comprehensive grasp of the project scope.
Assemble and present estimates with precision, incorporating numerical and descriptive information.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Four plus years of experience in the building envelope industry.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or CAD drawings.
Ability to travel to managed local job sites weekly or as required.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams.
Familiarity with Project Management Software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments with minimal direction, set priorities that accurately reflect the relative importance of job responsibilities, and perform under deadlines with frequent interruptions.
1-3 years of construction estimation experience.
Personal commitment to safety, integrity, and continual professional development.
Ability to use estimating software, advanced take-off tools, and other computer programs.The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $72,000 and $90,000.

Essential Functions:
Meets or exceed Stonhard's minimum activity standards for quotes and orders as set by Stonhard sales management.
Perform project manager responsibilities at the installation site and coordinate the work to be performed with an approved Stonhard installation crew/CMG (requires occasional weekend and holiday work).
Maintains accurate files and records involving Stonhard accounts through Stonhard's Salesforce CRM system.

Ensure the region's profitability by effectively managing the team and processes using available tools, including collaboration with the RBM.
Generate reports on project status and ensure owner satisfaction.
Aid in the takeoff of opportunities and creation of scope and quantity specifics for project opportunities, as needed.
Participate in coordination and collaboration with CG/CM, Sales Team, and Ops Management.
Provide QA and QC inspections and training at all levels of work to achieve the highest standards of Tremco/WTI roofing practices, ensuring the Tremco Sales team increases their market share of performed work to WTI.

Position Summary:
Responsible for processing outbound / inbound warehouse materials, including paperwork, scanning, skid wrapping, and forklift operation to move materials, the loading and unloading of trucks and general warehouse duties.
Essential Functions:
Participates in cycle counting raw materials, in-process, and finished goods as outlined by ISO 9001 SOP
Processes and maintains receiving and shipping documents in accordance with ISO 9001 SOP
Performs the complete set of functions as outlined in ISO 9001 SOP's necessary to receive and store raw materials and finished goods
Identifies, pulls, counts, stages and ships orders.
Process pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents.
Loads and unloads trucks.
Receives, identifies, generally inspects and counts material as it is received by the Company, and distributes material quickly and efficiently.
Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it to the appropriate person/departments after receiving process is complete.
Immediately cleans and reports any spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, accidents, near-miss accidents and materials shortages to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Assist in hazardous waste handling when needed under the guidance from production management / supervisors or RCRA certified employees.
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
One year minimum warehouse experience.
Six (6) months previous shipping/receiving or one-year prior general warehouse experience
Forklift operations experience
Preferred Requirements:
Hazmat materials training
Forklift experience in sit-down, Picker, and Bendi lift equipment.
Physical Requirements:
Must pass standard eye examination (corrected or uncorrected)
Bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting - frequent
Must be able to pick up 50# bags
80% - Loading/unloading utilizing forklift
20% - Scanning and Paperwork

Is responsible for managing all Self-Perform Projects and the associated customers (Including GC and large-scale P&R, TremCare, etc).

Ensure that vacation accruals are accurately recorded in the company's financial statements based on the relevant company policy.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations. Evaluate and recommend payroll software and tools to streamline processes, as necessary. Utilize systems to improve efficiency and accuracy of processes. Evaluate structure of the payroll department Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll matters. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues. Collaborate with accounting, tax and human resources Integrate payroll process for newly acquired entities and locations. Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from four or 5-year college or university or equivalent experience More than 7 years related experience and/or training Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or a similar role, with at least 7 years of experience in payroll processing and compliance. Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations. Knowledge of payroll tax regulations in multiple states within the United States. Experience with expatriate and foreign service payroll reporting, payments and coordinating related issues with responsible human resources personnel. Familiarity with multi-state payroll processing. Experience with ADP payroll software and systems is required.
Experience with SAP is preferred. Experience with Oracle is preferred. Prior experience in supervising and leading a payroll team. Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar payroll certification is highly desirable.
