Key Responsibilities:
Assist with a wide variety of high-value, large-loss cases, acting primarily on behalf of insurers and self-insured businesses.
Conduct liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, and assessments of claim values.
File management, including reporting, reserving, and regular client communication.
Draft legal documents, prepare for court appearances, and handle pre-trial meetings.

The Ideal Candidate:
